When they don't, get a new girl! Part of a women's job description involves doing those things they hate doing irregardless of how bad it may be. I say suck it up (no pun intended), we have to go down on that nasty stuff you call the "box", and believe you me, sometimes, no most of the time it tastes like eating out of a garbage can, fresh batteries, or better yet, crusty ol' fish! At least my junk is outside of my body, and yes, I agree with some of these answers, wash the meat off. How many girls can get where my tongue goes? Not many.

Not all girls is hesitant of doing that especially if its because of love. But maybe for some girls they have their own reasons. I don't think doing that will affect your health. It is also important for the husband to be hygeinic so that his partner will also feel comfortable about it.
