I am a alcoholic and I have cheated on my husband while out drinking on many occasions. We have two children and tried to work it out cause of that.I recently left him because I think he cant really ever forgive me and he emotionally abuses me alot.He wanted to end the relationship too. Now he says he wants to get back together. He says he can really forgive me.I dont know how though. Do you think it could still be possible.I am going to AA now. I don't know how to beleive he really could love me again after all i've done. What should I do?

My bf is an *** ok, yesterday was my b-day and he didn’t do anything! He called me around 11am and said I am calling from work because I cant call out from my phone and he said happy-b-day and he said he will call me later so I said ok and hung up, so he called me again and said so what time are u going to see me today, and I was kind of mad and I said who said I was going to see u and he said so I will talk to u later then ok bye. So I felt bad and I called him around 5 pm and I said how are u and he said call me back in a little bit and he hung up on me, so I called him back he said I am on my way to Wall-mart to get some food so call me back in an hour since I cant call u and he said talk to u and bye again. So I got so mad I cried and cried and this morning I expect him to call me, he didn’t even bather, I my stupid, I my sick? I love him so much but he just don’t care about me or I my expecting to much I my over reacting?? So if he calls me and ask me to go somewhere today should I go what should I say?? Please help me, somebody

Does anyone know the laws in North Carolina about doing this? I have asked at the court house and register of deeds, everyone seem stumped about this. My gosh, I do live in a small town!!!!! First I was told... it would be just like a woman taking the man's name after marriage, then they said he'd have to change his birth certificate. Can someone help me with this situation? Thanks!!!

She is ten years older than me and cannot have children. She is unsure with even adopting one at this point. She walked out one month before our wedding due to fear of doing the wrong thing. Many people pressured her she was doing the wrong thing marrying some one younger. My mother does not like her and considers her to be immature with emotyional baggage for a woman her age. She is 48. and I am 38. I still loover her and she does with me. We cannot let go but I am afraid to go back 100% due to her leaving again. Also, I think I want to have children and this iis not possible here. However, I cannot imagine myself with anyone else since I have tried to date but have no desire. She is my soulmate even though I have issues with age difference and how we will look together. I consider that shallow on my part and do not like it. I love her but cannot come to terms with her leaving, age difference, bnot having kids, etc. However, I cannot imagine myself with else.

I am married but separated from my estranged husband, He does not support me in any way. Years ago I found out that he was having a baby by someone else because I left him. ( I honestly got feed up with him) He was not there for me in anyway and sometimes he didnt even come home. He would hit me ;not enough to bruise me but hit me all the same, I wasnt often but it did happen, everything I did was not enough for him, I moved in with his entire family when we were wed and I just proved to be to much, after that I had a child by him and we just weren't ready. The relationship obviously took a turn for the worst and has been spiraling down hill ever since. The entire family knew but said nothing to me so my relationship with them is awful. We still talked and were intimate during our breakup I had no Idea he had moved on. I want a divorce but can't afford one, I want to take him to court for child support but because of my past I feel it would compromise my health and well being.

I told him unless he's better WE can't get better. he is a very negative person, along with other things that affect people around him. I have tried to help but it is pulling me down. So, I told him we need time away from each other to have that freedom and time to find ourselves and get help. if everything is okay with him, we will be OK. Did I just tell him I WILL get back with him if he's well again??
I want time to find myself and find my happiness, meaning also date other ppl if I meet someone. But I didn't mention that b/c I was afraid of his scary reaction and, we have limited funds and he watches my daughter's during the day and we just moved in with MY parents. I feel stuck regardless.
How do I get out? and what just happened?

For anyone who has divorced parents....how old were you when it happened? I was only 2 years old and never knew what that "normal" family life was like... my question is... do you think its easier for children to deal with divorce at a younger age?

My wife thinks that sex 1 time per month (or two) is good enough. It is unbelievably hard not to just leave and find another woman. It seems that every woman that I talk to tells me that their husband does not give them enough. Every time I bring it up that I need more sex she just gets mad so I will shut up about it, I do not know how much longer that I can stand this...(I have been married for thirteen years, she has never been very sexual, just kind-of laying there you know...)

My husband and I have been married for a year now. We met, fell in love and were married all in a short span of time. It was only after we were married that I realized how very different we are. We come from very different families, we have different views on religion, politics, and some of our values as well. I love my husband very much and want to stay with him. I know he loves me too, but my concern is what we will do when we have children. I am afraid our kids will be incredibly confused if both parents are on opposite sides of almost every issue. I am also afraid it will cause conflict between my husband and I about how we should raise our kids. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

first of i'am married, he has a alive an girlfriend. well anyway we met 12 years ago. well i didnt no it was going to last this long. he is not much showeing his feelings toward me. i ask him one time, why are you hanging on to me, he relpy back and said because i love you. He tell's me he has been under a lot of stress hear lately, he has not seen me much these days.. i E_mail him told him i have a feelings sometimes you dont want to see me anymore, i said if thats what you want tell me i"ll walk out.the relationship. i told him i love him untill the feelings leaves they are so strong for him. he has not relpy back its been like 4 days. i get theses emotional breakdowns and i say nasty things to him just to get his attention. but i dont really mean it. i alls way wtite back and apologize. sometimes i dont believe he cant take much more this affair. should i just let it be write back or just see it he relpys back. do you think he can love after 12 years sexx??? i really need advise

Our relationship has been beyond rocky, but through it all-lies, deciet, the whole nine-I have never cheated on him. I never even thought about it. Somehow, somewhere, he is 100% certain that I have cheated on him. I at first chalked it up to his own guilty consicence even though I was willing to forgive. How can I get him to see it in his heart that I would not have cheated?

He is largely supported by the family. But also has a small business that is largely run by his father. The father may not be there forver. On the medical front he takes medicine and is normal otherwise.

He is partially dependent for finances.

he is very complaint to medicine. Takes it regulraly.

another point... This is India.... where marraiges have to be arranged... one has to find a bride...but at the same time he is keen on this as he feels he needs a companion and deserves to get married like others!!!

Ok...the boobs are little...."B's". The husband says he's not a "boob man" yet he makes comments about boobs on t.v., in magazines, and about people we just see walking by. And, its about the chicks with the bigger boobs...or at least bigger than mine. What's the deal? Is he a boob guy and just trying not to hurt my feelings?
