Well, that sort of depends on what she doesn't listen to. If you think that she should listen to everything that you say and jump when you demand it, she will probably be ecstatic if you divorce her. If you make as much sense talking to her as you question does to us, there is no wonder that she doesn't listen!

should she divorce you if you dont pick up your clothes? wash your own dishes?
you need to elaborate further... if she doesnt listen to you at all, then why? seems like it would be because she did not respect you... is that the case? if so, why?

This isn't enough information. What are you trying to get her to listen to you about? Are you griping at her all the time and she's not listening to THAT? Or are you telling her she's beautiful and you're so glad you married her and she's not listening to THAT?

heck no! first off what isnt she listening to you about? must be something stupid since you didnt list it. sounds like you want to get divorced if you are saying something like that.
