It could reminds her of her ex loved ones who have previously given lots of love to her and leave her heartless and your intercourse with her had flashed her memories.
Perhaps, she really feel pain due to insufficient lubricants on her or you may have hurt her unwittedly. Woman's tears signify lots of meaning - happiness, sadness, anger etc. You should ask her what went wrong coz you need to know the behind reasons.

She could be in physical pain and not want to say anything for fear of letting you down. She might have been the victim of sexual abuse or rape, and maybe having "flashbacks," or it could be "happy" tears, so to speak, due to strong emotional connection. Us women are hard to read, and we can cry for any reason (happy, sadness, anger, etc.)....what kind of expression is on her face at the time? Is she smiling? Does she seem sad? Does she seem tense? All of these are clues that you should pay close attention to....you should really ask her....being able to talk about sex can only give you a better understanding.

Maybe it's a sign of how much she loves you. She loves you so much that she agreed to give herself to you but she has no idea if you love her the same way - she takes the risk because she loves you so much. A woman feels very happy when surprisingly the one she loves does things she secretly wished for. Imagine how would it feel when one of your wishes come true. You'd tearfully be happy.
