I never really made one before, i guess u have to spend a lot of time with it, should i get a smaller one? Im in my mid 20's, i figured it would be something different??

Would anyone happen to know which branch of the law clerk you are required to study - in Ontario - before becoming a law clerk in Family Law? Is it a branch off Estates or Lit?

She is only 6. She told me she prayed to God that there is no mom and that she is with her dad. She said this to me after I told her that she can't have a specific toy and that she needs to go to sleep. I told her to go to sleep in an authoritative voice. She told me afterwards that she is sorry. I take care of them and do everything to make sure of that they are healthy. I bring them out several times a week. I teach them and basically include them in my day to day life. I understand that she misses her dad but what she said is so mean. I explained to her that if she stayed with her dad then her dad won't be able to take care of her because he is always working. These are those days when I feel like my efforts amount to nothing. With regards to nurture vs. nature, nature wins. I love my child so much and I tailor my life around them. Please any advise?

If a long time g/f tells you that she loves you and needs you and then the very next day you find out from her dad that she is back with the person she has been cheating on you with, what would you do? If you took her back three times before how would you feel? Even when I spoke to her at that persons house she told me that she loves me. She cannot really love me if she got pregnant along with an abortion (i didn't do it) could she? What is she thinking, thats what I really want to know. Thanks.

This women is a good mother she work hard to support herself and pay her bills, and she get child support check every month. I know her because I am her bf, I am trying to help her get through this but she is really afraid of losing her child, the father is a felon and does not seem to care for the child but just to do this to hurt the mother and separate us a part. The father is fighting for full custody because he think he can get the child back after his probation has ended, and he is trying to use me and do anything to get his full custody and stop paying child support.

I mean - its bad for them...and I DO feel sorry for them, but its like they're using their probably dead daughter to gain attention from the media..."look at us - our daughter is missing" - YEAH, WHAT ABOUT THAT POOR RUNAWAY KID I JUST RAN OVER IN MY BUS?! - NOBODY CANCELS FILMS BECAUSE THEY MAY UPSET HIS PARENTS...who are devastated by the way...

I reckon they both have Munchausen syndrome by proxy and they've got her locked up in that church...

Her son's dad is a thief that steals from our whole family. She keeps believing him and thinks he only steals from her. He has stolen cash out of my purse, both of her sisters purses and has now stolen $1300 out of her step mom's purse. Her Dad and Step Mom came from NE to FL to visit her and her son. Now her ex BF has stolen the money they had to get home on. I am so angry. Not just at the boy that stole the money, but at my daughter who believes he is innocent just because he is currently sober and not doped yet. I can't stand the thought that we aren't safe going to sleep because this man feels like he can sneak into our house in the middle of the night and take what he wants. I forbid him to come near my house, but she lives there with her sister now and I live across town. She lets him come over to babysit his son when she goes out. What is it going to take to get her to wake up and get that man out of our lives?

Whenever I mention it to my husband he gets angry and justifies her mean behavior. But she is spiteful, petty and manipulative. I have been in her life since she was 2, so she has grown up with having me around. Her parents split when she was 1, and we have her every weekend. My husband makes excuses for her, and REFUSES to talk to her about being mean. She's mostly mean to my son who is a very kind child (probably to a fault), and when I say something to my husband, he says we need to stay out of it and let them work it out themselves, and says my son does things to provoke her mean behavior. I don't think that's the way to teach her lessons about relationships. I believe in respect within the family, even between siblings. How can I make my husband see that he needs to do something about this?

What can I do to make my teenage daughter eat?
My teenage daughter is a Junior in HS and she stared a new school. She had to go to a new school for a fresh. year and a new one for soph. year. Anyway, she is super super very shy and hardly talks and when it is lunch, basically everyone goes to eat with their friends. She is always embarrassed to be seen eating alone, that she doesn't eat at all. She gets picked up by me at around 3 o'clock and then she is starving and normally we go out for food after that. I am afraid this could mess up her concentration or at least her metabolism. And no, she isn’t anorexic or anything either…but I mean, she never wants to been seen eating alone, and clubs are after school, and the library really wont let you eat inside…she doesn’t own a car or drive to school so she can’t even eat there….
Does anyone have any advice on what I can say/she can do? It would be very appreciated.
Sincerely-
Ana

My best friend has twin boys who will turn seven in early October. I want to get them a unique gift or one that looks like I spent some thought about it. I was thinking for each boy something personalized but I am unsure what. Then I had an idea of two polaroid cameras with film and personalized photo albums. Does anyone have any great ideas for gifts? I will spend about fifty dollars on each child.

So last week I pre-ordered the new iPod touch with my OWN hard earned money (keep that in mind). My "parents" said that I'm not allowed to have it until my room is neat (meaning no speck of dust, neat drawers, organized closet, spotless floor, etc.) Now I'm a junior in high school and have no time between homework, school, and my job to have time to clean up a room from top to bottom. By them doing this to me, its like holding a treat over a dog's head (here's what you want, but you will never get it unless you obey my command). I'm at the point where I'm extremely pissed, and ready to just run away because of all the crap I have to put up with in this hell hole, and here I try to treat myself, since work, home, AND school has been extremely stressful, and my "parents" hold a $300 item over my head because of a room I have NO TIME to clean up. Someone please tell me a way I can convince my "parents" to get this without having to clean up my room when they feel I can, when I can't.

it's my mums birthday soon and I'm totally running out of ideas of what to get her. She is middle-aged and not very tom boyish. Every year I buy her jewelry or make up or flowers or books and now I'm just out of ideas.

I also don't want to ask her what she wants because where's the surprise in that?

Anyone got any ideas?

a friend of mine told me about some things that happened when she was young
she is trying to say oh but it was nothing not abuse i disagree
what do you think?
there is 8 years between her and her brother and she can remember things happening when she was around 3 and up till she was around 5
she said that he would wash her in the bath and slide his finger inside she remembers it hurting even now she is almost 40
she also remembers being in bed and him trying to get her to do things and him touching her and the worst thing i think that has affected her because she has a weight problem is him bribing her to do things with food like saying heres a lovley cake you can have it if you do or let me do this
she has convinced herslf that it was nothing just kids stuff and she dearly loves her brother but i think she needs help to come to terms with this and as she still remembers and thinks about it she says it was only a few times and that it was not abuse as she was never raped

i started college and my parents are paying for tuition and my new car. i dont know how to cook. I do help around the house. I do like to keep outdated things (clothes, stuff) I never throw them away. I work twice a week to pay for my books, gasoline, parking permit, and more and some pocket money. im mature and I study a lot on my own. my parents buy me any book that I ask for. I never ask to buy anything else such as music, clothes, jewlery or whatever just books. I appreciate their hard work and I try to work hard also. we are however somewhat of an upper middle class family?
So am I spoiled?
