if there is no emotional intimacy with your partner, then is it okay to see someone else without physical contact. i know emotional cheating is infedility, but is it accepted by a partner, if she comes to know about it.

who wants to live like that? either get counselling and get help with the emotional intimacy with your partner. or leave if she accepts it then she needs help emotional cheating is just as bad as physically cheating

I don't believe there is such a thing as a non physical affair.

To me that is just called a friend. Some friends you talk about family, friends and what is happening in your lives, others you talk about sex or whatever.

How is speaking cheating? Because I say to my best female friend personal things - is this cheating?

I don't understand this.

I agree with Tayhay. People still need someone they can talk to about their personal feelings. It may not be a counsellor, but sometimes a stranger works better.
