Would anyone happen to know which branch of the law clerk you are required to study - in Ontario - before becoming a law clerk in Family Law? Is it a branch off Estates or Lit?

call up a family lawyer and ask them. I don't think they would charge you for that ;)

Try Family law but learning the basics of the other areas wont hurt at all just in case someday.It can only help you. Good luck
