We live in a complex of houses that has an open yard area, no private fencing. This little boy lives across the way from us and is sometimes unsupervised and plays outside with his older brother, I think his older brother is about 6. The 2 year old comes to our area (yard) and will destroy our personal belongings around our home (decorative walking stones, plants, etc.) And the worst is he bites, kicks, punches, slaps, chases, pulls my daughters hair, constantly yells "¡cállate!" at the top of his lungs at EVERYONE, even adults.
My main issue is when he bit my daughter so hard on her cheek, it drew blood I went to his door and talked to his parents. Although there was a language barrier, they did apologize, however, his behavior is exactly the same. He has since bit her on the arm, back and hand. Once even came into my own house and did it! What should I do??? I'm thinking if it happens again, I will get the police involved?? Any thoughts? I'm at my wits end!

well, i am not jealous or bitter neither i am against it. i am just curious whether it is normal and how would other people feel. my husband has his own quite grown up children (teenagers and older) and they don't want to accept the fact that he is divorsed with his mother and married to another woman for quite long time so he goes and meets with them from time to time. is it normal? shouldn't they come into his new house and meet his new woman and all be good friends? i was not "the other woman",he got divorsed and moved out before he met me. there is no my fault that their father divorsed their mother. so how would u feel if your partner instead of introducing u to his children was meeting them somewhere alone? this situation just doesn't seem normal to mee thou i keep my mouth shut and don't lament

When me & my twin sister were younger, my older brother used to beat us with metal clothes hangers & lock us up in a hot laundry room with the clothes dryer running. Now, I'm living with my brother because I have no place else to live, he's starting to show those abusive tendencies again. I thought that over the years, since he turned gay, that he would've become too soft, but I guess not. He yells @ me for no reason & takes his anger out on me when he's uspet with someone else. 2 nights ago, he came home from work & decked me in the back really hard with his finger & yelled @ me to get his attention because I didn't know he had come home & was calling my name. I didn't even hear him come in the door, & he just SNUCK up behind me & did that. I wish I could've fought him back & defended myself. Do you think he'll be likely to start beating on me again? I need to try to find a new place to live because I don't feel comfortable here.

my father had a heart attack about 2 years ago. he had been a smoker since he was 16, and vowed to quit smoking after his heart attack...well i found out a few months ago, that he hasnt. my mom and i thought he had quit, and were very proud of him and his accomplishment....it had taken him no time at all, he just stopped. turns out though, he didnt. he has been sneaking ciggarettes from my mother and smoking them when he goes on his nightly walks, which he started after the heart attack for exercise. i know this for a fact because i see him and act like i dont see him taking the ciggarettes, and ive smelled it on him. i want to say something soo badly. i dont know how, i tried once and he denied it. i need to tell him. its bugging me so bad, i cant trust him and he gets on my nerves so fast now. i dont know how to confront him and tell him i know its hard but you need to try. i need help.

i'm sixteen, seventeen in september, and i'll be going away to oregon june-aug, just before my senior year of homeschool. last month, i got kicked out of my moms house because i wasnt getting along with her and her bfs kids or committing to the household. im living down the street with my gpa, and all of a sudden he's really strict! im really nice to him and his wife and i do A LOT of chores (5 things a day. like gardening, vaccuming, cleaning the spa, etc), do all of my homework, and go grocery shopping for him. i was going out MAYBE 2 days a week if i was lucky. i got grounded 3 weeks ago for getting hairdye on a towel (supposed to be 5 weeks, but i got lucky). monday was my first day off, but he decided i still had chores to do. im still not allowed out, but people can come here, but only if we stay downstairs. im being so good, im just getting so sad. i havent seen a friend in 3 weeks. what can i do? this is my last summer here.

My fiance and i have been engaged for 2 yrs.Do to "money problems"(his) we had to wait to get married. Now things are better and we are planning he said he whats to keep it as cheap as possible so he does not go back in debt(total for wedding and honeymoon no more than 4-5k)Now this makes sence but after telling me this he goes out and buys a drum set for 1k.Now hes looking at golf clubs for $800 for himself and a $500 guitar for his 8yr old child.now i know he has had to be tight with money for awhile and wants to spend some on himself. but this seems like overboard to me after telling me we have to be cheap with the wedding.i will add i plan on paying for half the wedding/honeymoon its not just him paying. This is his 2nd marrige and my 1st so maybe its a bigger deal to me than him.

He currently does not contact her, or try to make the effort to see her. His sister picked up my daughter to go out for a bit, and ended up taking my child to his house because "he needs to see his children". But has not put forth the effort, how long before he basically gives up his parental rights? And if he does then what about the child support?

Have you ever made you mom mad?

I see nothing good in my future.

1. I've got 1 year left of High School. After that, I'm working. I don't want to go to College.

2. My brother (the only person that takes me places and does things with me) is moving out of the house to live with this lady.

3. My other brother moved out of the house 10 years ago and is now married. Spends no time with me. He live 2 hours away from where I live.

4. My sister lives in her College dorm. She visits on the weekends. We're not close.

5. Me and my father aren't close neither. He's 61 and he's about to retire from working. After that, there's nobody in the family that works.
I have a cat named Meatball. He's the only friend I've got. There's nobody at school and there's no girlfriend. He's a old cat.
I'm getting a job this summer at this store by my home. I'll just be fixing the shelves and collecting baskets. I'll be the only person that's working in the family.
What is there to look forward to in my life?

He wants to change her Will, she originally wrote that the house would go to her 4 children including him and they would do as they wish with it. She wrote a Will out at the solicitor office but did not sign it when she was well, she is now sick and her mind has gone, he wants to bring in a new solicitor to do a home visit and change the Will into him being the sole owner of the house and then the rest of her money going on to himself and the other siblings. Now his mum is not of sound mind what chances are there of him getting away with this. And also will the original Will be used instead of the one he is planning. What can I do to stop this. I am only 16 and dont know what steps to take I have until Friday to try and stop this terrible thing happening. I only just found out by accident, the other siblings are no better as I dont get on with them. They all don't care about there mother and she has given them so much.

A friend of mine, 13 yo,got a really harsh punishment for bad behavior. She joined bad crowds, did wrong stuff, though she's a good girl For 1 month the girl, except for school time, has to be in bed all the time, including weekends. No TV, computer, etc. Friends just for homework at her bedside. She has to do her homework and study in bed. On week days lunch w/ the family but dinner in bed, on weekends, both in bed. The girl, of course, is allowed to use the bathroom, for the strictly necessary time.
Her mom has an electronic device similar to a camera, a kind of sensor that can register when the girl gets up and comes back to bed. So her mom can control her punishment without having to watch the girl 24/7. With such device she can know how many times the girl left her bed and for how much time, and decide if it was reasonable for bathroom needs or not. I think this punishment is simply cruel and can cause serious psychological and physical damages. In my opinion its even child abuse

I have a friend that has a father that is very strict on her because she is the oldest child. She has two younger siblings that both have ADD. They are expected to do virtually nothing except keep up their grades. My friend, on the other hand has to keep up her grades, behave decently, do housework, keep up her job, and be respectful to her parents. The dad does nothing whatsoever around the house and plays solitaire and smokes all day. The dad tells her that she has no reason to be depressed and all she thinks about is herself. The dad constantly makes threats to all of the kids and thinks that he is the perfect parent and nobody should tell him what to do. The mom can not do anything about it because her culture does not allow her to stand up against him or divorce him. The school counselor told her that unless the dad hits her, he cannot be charged for being abusive and there is nothing anybody can do at this point until he hits one of them. Can anybody help me out? Much thanks!

Lastnight me and my sis was watching t.v. downstairs in the living room. My mom's room is upstairs so we heard the floor shaking and the bed shaking. My sis thought it was the babies but I knew it was my bf fcking my mom. Im so pissed. Here's why this happened:

I'm still a teen about to graduate highschool soon. My mom thinks I should date guys my age 17 and under.

My boyfriend is in his 20's. He's already got a job and is making tons of money. He also lives right next door to us. He lives with his mom, sis and his brother and his brother's girlf

My mom is like in her 30's or 40's. She is married. Let me rephrase that she is MARRIED to my dad but too bad he hasn't been in America for years so he has no idea she had been consistantly cheating on him.
I don't care if my mom fcuks other guys but my bf ? What the ****.

I couldnt tell her that he was my bf since Im young and hes way older than me but we're in love. I was gonna tell her later on in life.

If you tell a friend that you are trying to get to know more to call you on the phone instead of emailing all the time because it would be faster and easier.. and you give them your number.... and they tell you that email would be better now because they lost thier voice and it is very scratchy and squeaky... what would you think?

I attended a BBQ with my husband and out 3 year old. There was a lot of drinking, but I didn't drink because I was looking after my daughter. I wasn't having any fun and told my husband I wanted to go, but he wanted to stay. We had planned to stay overnight. My husband told me just to "cut loose." I just don't see how I could when my child is there, in a stranger's house, with lots of drunken adults.

Now all his friends think I'm no fun because I didn't get wasted with them.

ok so i am t 16. I have been dating my boyfriend for about 5 months now. My mom told me that she didnt think my boyfriend liked her and i told her it was because he was afraid of her. She said he was more advanced than me (he's not really.. she just thinks i am naive... oops) She says hes pushy with me but the truth is hes not! He never does anything that i dont want him to do! All we ever do is kiss and hold hands and snuggle. It botherd her that he put his arm across the front of my neck once.( he was hugging me from behind and wanted to be sure he didnt touch my chest!) She is a psychologist and you would think she would know me better than any one but really she has NOOOO idea what is going on in my life. I am Mormon so if i ever do anything like that i seek counseling from a Bishop... its very hard to tell someone (esp an adult) that you did something... and I KNOW she does sexual stuff with like 3 different men. I dont know how to handle this with her! Can anyone help?

Last night I received a call from my 16 year old grandson, stating that my daughter had taken his key away from him and advised him to be out of her house when she arrived back home from work. He went over to a neighbor's house, called the police and related his story to the authority and left the house to stay with another unrelated family who has a large family of their own and cannot keep him. The family that he is now with also had my grandson to give his report to the policeman that lives in their area. My grandson wants me to pick him up and take him to my home (I live 3 hours away). I did talk to my daughter and she tells me a slightly different side of the story. They both have a tendancy to tell only part of the truth. I know that the policeman did his part., but I do not think that I can just go and move him in with me without his mother's consent. Shouldn't this be handled by the Department of Human Services? He has no place to go.His mother is very slick. Please help.

Texas has seen a disturbing number of child killings by mothers in recent years.

Andrea Yates drowned her five children in the family's Houston bathtub in 2001. In 2003, Deanna Laney beat her two young sons to death with stones in East Texas, and Lisa Ann Diaz drowned her daughters in a Plano bathtub. Dena Schlosser fatally severed her 10-month-old daughter's arms with a kitchen knife in 2004.

Could it be something in the water or air???

My brother & I are both adults, & I'm a college student, so I'm living with him until I can get my own place. People tell me "you gotta respect his house.", but I am supposed to get a car soon, & he said with an attitude, "& we not gon' rush to get no car!" But it's MY money. & he's violating my Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act. With my financial aid money, after school is all paid for, I have a right to do what I want with it. It's not his business.

I believe he's going TOO far with controlling me & taking advantage of his authority. I help him pay my share of the rent & the bills, so as long as I can afford to do that, why can't I get a car as soon as I please? Right now I have no transportation to school. He has a car, but he's always gone, so I have to take the bus, which takes 2 1/2 hours to get somewhere, whereas if I were driving, I can get there in 5 minutes. & the bus transportation is very limited & doesn't run that much. I NEED a car living in this town.
