You're a jerk. It's just that simple. You're selfish, you're mean, and you're prejudiced. You need to realize that these kids can't help they have problems. You also need to learn how to help someone who truly needs it. How would you feel if you were blind or had autism and someone treated you like they didn't want to be around you? I have a cousin who is autistic, and he is just the sweetest liitle boy you could ever meet. Yes, it's a little embarrassing to have people stare at you because you can't control his tantrums in public, but you need to keep in mind that they think he's just spoiled when you know better. It doesn't matter what those people think. It only matters what you think, and what you think SUCKS. Also, you shouldn't call people retarded. These people can't help they way they are, and that is the worst thing you can say about somebody. Learn, kid, before you go around the rest of your life thinking you're better than some people. You're SO not.

Honey, you have to start to act like a young man and be there to help your Grandma! I know its hard dear, but God will bless you in the future if you help your grandma, help your cousin, and the "white kid with autism". (Boy you crazy). Listen, yes its sucks as you say, but your Grandma is an Angel, and when she goes to heaven, she'll be next to God, wearing the whitest robe and living in a big mansion. Honey, your Grandma will not be here forever, so be the "man" that she needs you to be. So, Stop complaining, and keep lifting your cousin and helping your little white brother. In the meantime, get good grades so you can make something of yourself in life.
PS ( I have a 9 year old cousin with autism, and when I took him to the library one day--he got away from me, talking to himself all loud and disturbing the whole place so bad we had to leave--but I love him and knows he cant help it. )

Rodney, if you don't want the kid with autism, then I would love to take him off your hands cause my husband and I have been trying to have another child for over two years now, so yes, I definitely would consider it a huge blessing from above. Here is my number: Oh wait, you know what I need to know if the child is local, so let me know

It takes a village to raise a child and every child in the village is not perfect so for those children God created someone like your grandmother. I commend her for taking these kids into her home and giving them the care they need. She obviously has taken you in too and this is how you show her your gratitude. Your handicap is much greater than blindness and autism and you should be ashamed of yourself!

Your motives are selfish and for vainglory. I encourage you to seek true selfless love, where one values another's life more than one's own. Have charity in your heart or seek to rid yourself of the malice within you. Why do you become embarassed with one who is mentally handicapped? Why should that make you feel insecure? It is of no good. Seek love; love conquers all. Even if I must sacrifice my past privileges for others, I would do so. It is the most satisfying thing.

k well im 16 too and i know that the world always seems unfair and what not but you kinda have to think about it from their point of view...i have a little brother who was adopted and it's always hard for him because he has the fear that anytime we get mad at him that we will leave him like his last parents did...even though we would never do that you have to think about what you mean to these kids and how hard it is for them especially with a person who they should look up to who hates them. just think about it...if you get annoyed with them find a quiet place and read or something but it's not worth kicking them out
