I have a 16 year old daughter who has had a telephonic relationship with her dad for 9 years and 4 physical visits.(his choice) Father paid $38 p/m CS for 6 years. Daughter request to live w/Dad under the presumption of no rules and a party lifestyle. After being terrorized for 6 months by her Dad, I relented. I have sent non-court ordered payments to the dad(tripled the amount he was ordered), along w/ clothing, personal items, health ins. every month. Father needs more $ to aid in his sedentary lifestyle. I supported my daughter financially since birth and will continue to do so. Problem: her father does not maintain a w-2 job. He avoided being a w-2 job to avoid an increase in child support (by choice) is a bonified habitual drug abuser.Resides w/2 other adult users. Due to her age, has anyone had any experiences where the court will allow, a percentage of $ to go direct to Dad and the rest to child ie: gift cards, bank debit cards? etc

My little brother and I moved with my Aunt three years ago. He is a 14 year old pain. He doesn't listen to her at all. He talks back and says really mean things. She can do nothing. No punishment works. She's 65 so it's hard for her. The stress is too much. What should she do?

About a month or two ago, they both moved in to my 2 bedroom apartment making a total of five people living here. Things were going okay at first because they provided transportation for me about three times a week because I can't drive.
However, I had never had trouble with paying my bills and providing food for the household,but now I find myself behind bills and scraping up the last of my change to provide my baby with milk. They havn't paid a dime since they have got here(they both have jobs),haven't tried to get foodstamps(which they both had before coming here),eat here every night(me and my daughter cook for them),don't do ANY chores and avoid the house as much as they can when either of them gets paid,except to come here and change clothes before going out and coming back at all hours of the night.They now have attitudes as if I'M the moocher sneaking when they have takeout and acting like I'm bothering them when i ask for a ride.I'm feeling like an intruder in my own home.

so embarassed! My mom was on business and dad dropped me at home after soccer and he went grocery shopping and i was tired from practice so i took a shower and was gonna go 2 bed after it but the shower is off my parents room and when i came out Hannah Montana was on so since the door was shut and nobody was home, i laid down on their bed to watch for a little bit in my towel but since it was makin the bed wet i tossed it aside i was only gonna watch for like 10 minutes then put my clothes on in my room. Well like, b4 i knew it i laid on my back and fell asleep. And my dad didn't know i was in there when he came home so he walked in and i was asleep naked head to toe omg. I woke up wrapped in a blanket he must have put around me and him leading me to my bed. I was too sleepy 2 realize what happened til today! I know he changed me when i was little, but i'm 13! it's not his fault, he's a super dad, should i pretend it didnt happen? talk 2 him bout it? would u be embarased? or no biggie?

ya a couple of days my dad got busted buying crack. me and supposedly my mom thought it was just weed. im not sure how much she knew. we stay at his parents house because my dad was on probation, and my grandparents said he admitted to buying it with the money that THEY gave him(he doesnt have a job) and i went online and found out EVERY time he went to get "weed" he would call up his dealer and ask for a dime and other stuff. that totaly bothers me, he has ben doing it 4 a long time obviusly, and now he has 4 to 5 years in prison. im 14,so im not gonna see him for ALONG time, when he get out,or bailed out, does he have to go thru treatment? and can anybody plz tell me everything u know about it. and dont post another website plz(also everytime he was supposed to pay me back when i let him borrow money, we go to grandparent that im at right now, (along time ago), he would just say he couldnt pay me right now, and then calls up said dealer and the gets something and this just repeats.

I am a mother who is at a loss, I have a 21 year old daughter who is in a very dangerous situation. Her boyfriend beats her and has already fractured their son's head. She has lost the children because she refuses to leave this excuse of a boy. Whenever I go over there is more damage to the apartment and she has an exuse for everyone of the holes and cuts and bruises I see. I have given her the abuse shelters number, told her she can come home, check in on her whenever I can. She lives two hundred miles away and this punk thinks he is a gangster. They lived with me before moving and he tried to hit me. So I know my suspsions are right on the money.
If anyone has been in this situation what did it take and how did you get away. I want to help her and know how these type of people can intemidate and scare their victims to stay. Any help will be greatly apprciated. I am worried that I will be getting a knock on the door from the police saying she is dead.

and i stupidly have been on a chat room before saying i was 21
this man added me onto msn and asked me to go on webcam
i said no and he told me he has my adress from my i.p adress and that he's going to rape me
does anybody know if there's a number i can call to the police that isnt an emergency number?
im really scared.
is it even possible for this to happen.. for an adress to be found?

she will never change that is why her own sister & other family members never come around. is there hope? this has been going on for 2+ years and i may have to leave him sad as it may be for this reason. he is nice but can never keep a woman. i now see why. i love her she just wont let go. advise? remember this he is not gonna put his mother out lady # 1.

I mean most of the time you hear things about keeping kids off drugs, but what if the kids are fine and one or both of their parents do drugs? What do the kids do? It's not like they can ground their parents or just tell them to stop.

My older brother and his wife had a baby a year ago and since then and my mother and i have babysat for them for 11 months of my nephews life 5 days a week from 8am through 9pm. i love my nephew as if he was my child but i dont want to babysit him that often while both his parents work 6 days a week. i am only 18 and i go to school and i have a job and i still babysit for them. i resent them for not spending enough time with thier child. and i feel like they dont appreciate me and they never say thank you. my mother has talked to them dozens of times about one of them not working so much because my mother and i would like to live our lives but cant because of the baby. i have absolutely no social life because of this my friends have stopped asking me to hang out because i always say im babysitting. my mother cant work the job she has gotten a degree for because she is always babysitting. what can i do to get it through thier heads that they need to spend more time with thier baby?

Okay, my problem is that my parents don't believe me about anything. When I get sick, they always say "Maybe you're just tired." They also don't believe I have depression. I told my mom I was depressed but she didn't believe me. None of my friends believe me either. They always say I act too happy to be depressed, but I am really not happy. I just want to know if you have any ideas since nobody really takes me seriously, I mean, I am usually a serious person so I dont know why people dont believe me. Please help. :-)

I am happily married. I love my husband. He does limit me to who I can talk to and how often I see people (like my girlfriend tonight). He works night shift and likes me to be home. Before him, I had some and still do have some great guy friends who want to spend time with me--just as friends. I told him I had coffee with one last week and he did not get mad, since I had not seen the guy since our wedding day. Now my old guy friend wants me to go to a baby shower with him tomorrow. I don't want to lie but I don't want to miss out on life either. Why can't I do things with my guy friends that I would like to do? Why can't I see my girlfriend when I want? He knows I would never ever cheat on him. I worry that life is gonna just pass me by. I have been good to my husband--I have paid all the bills since we married due to his drug addiction treatment and he is doing so well. I just want everything good in my life. I am a good person, but I just expect more I guess.

Dont think im weird but im in my grandmother and grandfathers house. They died about 5 and 2 years ago. I min ago i was sitting on the stairs talking to my dad and i felt a hand on my neck. I Rubbed it and it stopped then came back. It felt like a hand. It keeped happing. I asked my mom if my grandmom used to do that [after telling her what i felt] and she said she always did that. She would not be mad at me or anything. And i wasent thinking about her [not to be mean i mean just at the moment] Think its her? or just my imaganation?

My moms boyfriend has been hitting me and it has happened twice and then he told me about "doing it" with my mom and nobody believes me I even told the guidance counsler and she told my mom and she still does not believe me or has done anything wut did I do to deserve this I AM ONLY 11

Two weeks ago my mother asked me to drive her to my aunts house to pick something up, it was like 11pm, and I said yeah because my mother has been known to fall asleep at the wheel, and since it was late, I didn't want to take the chance. So I drove her to my aunts house in her car, on the way back the cops pulled me over and gave me a couple tickets that came out to almost $400. I have a clean record. They said the car had no insurance and the safety had expired, I didn't know any of this, it's my mom's car (Ironic thing is I never drive my moms car, it squeeks). Now I have to go to court, would telling them the truth about my ignorance about my mom's car help. I didn't know, I was just doing a good deed to help my mom out. And what is there to expect at court, I've never been to court before and don't know what goes on or what happens?
