My Dad was adopted by this family and they are a family of many talents. What should i do in front of them? They also live in Idaho and they seem very nice. Help!

If he was adpoted by this family, unles he turned his back on them, or viseversa, later in life. Then, they are family. Be yourself.
I have two adopted brothers. They will always be my brothers. They share in any inheritance there may be. And that isn't much. But a lot of memories.
Ask questions. Like; what was he like growing up? Enjoy gathering info for family albums, a little history of his growing up.

Simply be yourself. You should not be exected to be anything or do anything except be yourself. You will find your niche in the family.
