Ok ,settle down a little.
Take a deep breath.
Let it out slow.
Feel better?
It is possible but difficult for an average joe to get an address from an IP address.
And why cant you tell your parents?
Are you forbidden to be on the internet at all?
Even Yahoo has predators lurking and scaring little girls.
Cops scare kids all the time too. They think it is funny and effective in making kids change their internet activities.
I hopeyou saved the messege where he did threaten you.his IP address is in that messege and he can be found.
The best an average joe could possibly do is get what city you are in, not a street or house number.
Keep going to chat rooms and having fun. Just be real careful about how much you tell anyone, no matter how nice they seem, what they say, and how they look if you do cam with them..
The guy is probably so far away and he probably got wood thinking he scared you.He is impotent and he knows it.
Good luck, keep playing and grow up to be a great adult.
BTW< I have 6 identities online. I have played a 12 year old girl many times and the pervs rush out of everywhere to chat with me. When I say I am 21, the chats drop in number. If I am a guy, Nobody chats with me.
You will be fine

well all that was pretty stupid and i hope you have learned your lesson from it. the guy probably wasnt serious he just wanted to scare you and apparently has. so why not change your email address or edit the one you have now. I doubt he could come up with your street address from just your email address but you never know ! so to be on the safe side i think ya better let mom and dad know ! now if you really just want to chat with someone some time, I am here and will talk to anyone on any subject. well almost any subject, there would be a few subjects that would be a little taboo for you as you are under age and I am another parent out trying to help another child than just my own.

There is always a local number for the Police. Call 411, and ask for the non-emergency number, for your police department. I think that you should tell your parents, as your safety is involved, as is theirs. If this guy, is what he claims, you do not know to what lengths he will go. You should all go to the police, and they may set up a "sting operation" and get this guy off of the streets.

First, you need to tell your parents. If any police will be involved, they will find out anyway. Your parents can help you fill out a police report and have this guy checked out. I honestly don't know if anyone could find your address. I think it would depend on how much info you gave him through your chats. Just tell your parents! This involves them and they can help you. If they get upset with you, that is a better consequence compared to the problem you have now.

CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT NOW!! The dispatcher will give you the non-emergency number. However, I believe this is a true emergency since the man has expressed his intent to cause you bodily harm. Contact the police now- the sooner they can locate him the better..Yes, it is very possible for this man to acquire your address. Also, tell your parents immediately. They will be more concerned about your safety then to be mad at you.

Look in the phonebook for the number. You should tell your parents too.Take responcibility for your actions. They will be mad,but they love you.Besides,if all of this is true the police will want to set up a sting operation to catch this guy before he hurts you or anyone else. SO TELL YOUR PARENTS SO THEY CAN PROTECT YOU. You shouldnt be on the net saying you 21 anyway.

ok if you call the police hun, your parents are going to find out. this problem has already gotten out of hand...what is the worst your parents will ground you. yes it is possible for this man to do what he said. PLEASE this problem is bigger than you are now. have a talk with your parents, i know you are scared, but this is your life that you are talking about here, and i am sure if he is doing this to you there are others. let your parents who will know how to get ahold of the right people to put this *** behind bars. i bet they would be more thankful you brought this to them, than them finding out on there own or after something has happened to you.
