They had no business bringing children into the world. My dad was married 7 times, 6&7 were same gal. I have a half sister from his 1st marriage, and a half brother from his 5th. My youngr brother and I belong to #2. My dad is an alcoholic. My mother has emotional problems that she will not admit. During the 9yrs of their marriage neither of them paid good attention to us. I was sent to a bible school where I was molested. Which is a whole other story of it's own. I love them, But, they are idiots. There were many times I had wished I did't exist. I lived with 9 yrs of them arguing and driving one another crazy. Then after they divorced, well that was hell too. I would have to write a book on the big crazy mess of a family that has come from my Dad.

I don't. I think they did the best they could, they weren't perfect and still aren't but they worked hard and my brother and I had everything we needed growing up. We didn't get everything we 'wanted' but all of our needs were met. I never saw my parents fight although I am sure they did, it just wasn't done in front of their children. Matter of fact, when I was 21 and my brother was 23 they separated and eventually divorced (after 27 years of marriage) it came as a complete shock to me because like I said I had never seen them argue. Looking back on it, I am glad that they waited to separate until my brother and I were out of the house.
