All of a sudden I dreamed about my ex fiance (whom I have thought about over the past 10 years) and in the dream we recognized each other on the street. He said that every time I come to the west coast we should get together (both knowing we couldn't). He then told me he loved me and threw his arms around me in a hug, then took me by the hand to his home and told me about his 2 kids and how the house is always a mess with a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old, and how they lived with his mother in law. Then I took out my wallet and showed him a picture of my kids. Then his family walked in and he introduced me to them and then I left shortly after and the dream ended. I have never had a dream so real.

When my mother-in-law calls and I pick up the phone, she says "Hi, it's Mom". And she signs her emails "Love, Mom". When I speak to her, I call her by her first name, I have never called her "Mom". We are not close by any means, and for the first 3 years of my marriage, we didn't really get along at all. She was actually quite rude to me. But she's always done the "Mom" thing to me.
I feel like she's taking too big of a freedom on this, that it should be my judgement on this, or I should at least have some say so in it. Would it be rude if I politely told her that I'm not comfortable with this, or I do I just have to suck it up and take it?

Sometimes my mom makes me really mad, cause she's over controlling, at least in my opinion. This happened yesterday. She made me really mad at her. Not hurt, just mad, because I know it was out of love and she's sure she' was doing the best for me, though I didn't agree. And in this cases she doesn't back off, always says Hun, it's for your best, I love you. When, like yesterday, she notices I'm really mad at her she always says Hun, I know you're mad at me, so give me a big hug. Maybe I should refuse, but I don't, even mad at her I huh her with love, though I don't agree with her. This takes away much of my anger.
I do'nt know if this is a normal teen behavior. Maybe I'm a too easy going girl. Am I weak?

i cant stand up for the overs but as a fan of jo for 6 years i no that see would not be a bully. when she said she did not like the foo dits be cause she is a very fussy eater .i sore S club go wild and she went to chana and didnt like the food then ever ,SHE WAS SAYING SHE DIDNT REALY LIKE THE FOOD NOT THE PEOPLE.

A friend got a girl pregnant and she is due next month. However, information has come to light that the child may not be his and that at the time the child was conceived she slept with A N other. This information came accidentally from some of her friends on a drunkin nite. My mate has already spend a couple of thousand making a nursery and buying kids stuff in the anticipation of being a father. He is fighting to keep together with the mother (who is volatile at best). Do we tell him the additional information and ruin his dreams? If he demands a paternity test, it could jepordise his access to the child if it is his. She could also walk away from him with all the stuff he has bought for her and the child. What do I do?????

I was sexually abused when I was 5 years old. I told my mother (I don't know my father) when I was 14 years of age. Her first response was ''what do you want me to do about it... you should of told me then!''. She then went on to tell me that her father (my granfather) tried to do it to her... and she 'got over it'! My sexual abuser was the brother of my babysitter. I'm now 27 years old. I'm just wondering... many times I have received a negative response from my mother... even when I questioned her as a child (and as an adult) about my father. Should I accept my mother for who she is and get along with her? Recently, I stopped contacting my mother because she insisted that I need breast implants and that she would come with me to the consultation... i told her that she was offensive and she refused to acknowledge or apologise...I feel that ending contact with her was petty in comparison to what has happened i to me in the past. Is my mother worth the mental pain?

We're married almost 1 yr. Live his family is so hard to find our privacy. Even our bedroom is frequently visited by his family members and he doesn't wants to close the door expect when I'm breastfeeding my baby. They involve our life too much and always tell us to do this, do that even with my daughter. He say nothing but wanted me to listen to them. Told me he'll never move out, want to stay with them forever to help and take care of them. His dad 53 mom 46 and they're both working and also his sis. I'm dying for my privacy. I've been thinking about moving out but my daughter will be with one parent. how am i stand on my feet seeing my daughter without her dad?
