want to move wit father but mother has sole cusity and i want to know a way to get into fathers cusity!

Okay so im 22 and have a son who is 1.
Im smoke pot some times but never around him, usually when he is at his fathers. I just recently started doing cocaine at partys and social gatherings. now i never do it around my son so is this okay?
sometimes i need a break and i need to unwind and these things help. also my boyfriend is a kinda a drug dealer and he deals sometimes out of my house. now i dont realy like my son so is it okay if i just like drop him off with his dad and never come back?

They are going to be 7 years old. Their mom is looking into this program that costs 125 each child. That's the first problem. According to the custody arrangements.. we had to move into her school district and she was to pay for all the medical things. He's too chicken to tell her that this problem would fall under medical and she would have to pay for it all. How do I get him to get some balls, he needs to tell her no, after all we had to relocate! Second problem is that the program requires the kids to be woken up 4 times during the night. That means walking, talking, concious awakeness. My husband works nights so that responsibility falls on my shoulders and I happened to be blessed with a sleep disorder myself. I have to take medicine sleep and if I wake up at all during the night I can't get back to sleep. How do I tell my husband that it's asking a lot from me? I have nothing to do with this decision but I'll be the one suffering. I love the boys but I feel selfish.

on time so i could keep my good credit since it is in my name and i can't afford to pay the bill..he thinks that i am bitching at him but i'm not.i called him today he won't even answer the phone and i left a message.i had someone else call from my phone and leave a message and he returned her call.i told him i would have it turned off if he made 1 more late payment and he trys to make me feel bad saying that was his chistmas present to his dad. what should i do?

A correctional swat would make more noise than pain; although, maybe, feelings would be hurt. My neice lost her almost 3 year old, when he ran into the street and was hit by a motorcycle. She was screaming for him to come back. The plug was pulled on his great-grandmother's 80th birthday. His older brother turned 5 the Thursday before.

So my boyfriend and i have been going out for a few months now and we love each alot and have so much when were together,but lately alot of the time we've been getting bored.Theres not we can do because we live 45 minutes out of our city so we cant always be driving into town because of gas and money and all we do at home is watch movies,play monopoly,play video games and not much more.

okay i just got my parents to trust me. i got my first cell it is sooo cool. i told al my friends my number and stuff. my mom told me to tell everyone that i wasn't aloud to text. so i told all my friends. nex day my friend texted me. my mom was really mad and i almost got grounded from my cell! i had 2 pay her $5.00! then my grandma sent me 5 ones with pictures and she said they were
free if they were just pictures. ( R they?) then i got 2 more from numbers that i have never seen before with blank pages. tehn another one from another friend who sent me a download thing that didn't even download! then my older sis sent 1 2 her friend on my phone. i don't want 2 tell my mom. i have only told her about the first one. i am affraid of what she will do. should i keep hiding it or tell her? how could i? i spent all these years building up trust with her. help?

My sister, Molly,is my role modle, every time we do a project on who we honor, who our role modle is, even what we care about she is always in there and she is always at driving school, work, or with friends. I really miss her, and i am scared to have her out if my life.... She is 16 and i am 12, in 2 more years she is going to collage and i will be in high school. I need my sister because i am having a hard time right now, how do i hang out with her as much as i can? I dont want to lose her and get out of touch with her.
