My 6 yr old daughter lives in a nursing home because she is disabled. Can I claim her?

yes, you can as you are her legal guardian and even if she is in the nursing home, you take care of her support.

U would of put her there in the first place knowing that she would be better cared for there. No saying u r a bad parent but do u have the facilities that the child will need and the money and time to care for her. Thats a big responsibility. Wat r your motives? R they pure?
