my dog was a tiny puppy so smal we called him Q-tip! he is a bision from california, France. he soon became a fat lazy dog. i beg my paernts to send him to training but they won't let me.

You need to switch the food you are giving him to a diet food and feed him even less than the label calls for (they overestimate the quantity you should give) but tailor it to how the dog does, whether or not you see any improvement. Also, you really need to take a stand and start taking the dog out for walks working your way up to 3 or 4 times a day. The more exercise he gets the faster the weight will come off. The biggest thing is diet though. Do not let anyone feed him human food! And keep him on a strict diet. Even if you can't purchase diet food, start feeding him less and keep cutting it back until he loses the weight.

Change his diet, dont over feed him and take him for walks every day.
