If you want to move with your father you need to prove that he is able to take care of you or you need to prove that your mother is an unfit parent and that you would be better off with your father ,be shure that if and when you do this that you dont screw up so bad with your mother that she wont let you com back if you deside to change your mind and want to go back with your mother .
P.S :good luke,i hope you get what you want

Talk to both the mother and father....Let them know this is what you would like to do...it might not work out ...if it does not see if you can spend more time with your dad like you wish...it could also be visits by phone....

How old are you hun? Talk to your dad about it and ask him to try to get custody of you. If you are 12, you can tell the judge who you would rather live with, and he will be able to help you, he'll listen to you. Take care...

Do you have a reason to be with your dad. Did your mom do something to you. If she did court MAY be able to take you away. If not then your mom will be the one to decide, along with the judge.
