Death Certificate is usually available from the County Clerk in the County where the deceased lived ...or was pronounced dead.

The funeral home that performed the services may be able to get a copy for you; otherwise try the County Government where the deceased resided; try the Medical Examiners office.

It depends on where it happened. There are a few names it will go by, IE, Hall of Records, County Registry, etc. See what that county calls it. There will be a fee for this document too.

Thru the state they passed in...you can shearch that state plus death records and it should show up..ex.. Viriginia death certificate and it should give you the link.
