My mom died a few weeks after i was born. My dad got married to this evil woman. She has 3 kids. 2 daughters and 1 son. Ever since I was 4,I have been getting abused...hit, yelled at, called names, kicked out of the house, etc... My dad is in the army and is always away and when hes home he is either with my stepmom or his friends. I felt like cinderella cuz all my step siblings got what they wantedand wwerent abused and I didng get much and was abused everyday. Even my step siblings hated me and laughed at me and spit on me. When I was 10, I noticed my steep brother touching me in places that i wasnt comfortable with him touching. He told my dad and my dad soon started touching me and making me touch him. When I turned 11, they started molesting me and making me pull down my pants so they could **** me. If I refused or cried or said no, they would punch me and beat me up until I let them. My step sister even made me kiss her and touch her and she would touch me. Im 14 now. HELP!!!!

Situation: a little boy was molested by his father. early on, say age 8, the boy showed disturbing signs of molestation by acting out with others his age and his problem was ignored(no counseling). ok at age 16 this boy molested a little girl which landed him in prison. Knowing his situation that he was molested himself, do you feel after doing his time in prison that he is able to face the world again? Do you believe he deserve a 2nd chance in life being that he was so young and never got prior help for his own molestation?

We went to a movie on New Year's day, and everyone except my grandmother, and my father, who aren't real movie goers went to see the movie.

When we came home, we found my 86 year old grandmother lying at the bottom of the stairs, and we phoned 911 as she was badly injured.

Only my father was home at the time, but he did not find her. This made me really wonder about a comment he made a few months back about pushing grandma down the stairs...

I knew they were getting very run down by taking care of them, but now I don't know what to do. My grandma will be in the hospital for 2 more days, but the doctor's say she will be fine.

The things going through my head right now, are NOT very pleasant to say the least.

11 yr old arrested a few weeks ago "drunken in public" and now in the hospital for a 0.175 alcohol level. Great grandparents both have heart problems and this child makes her GG cry on a daily basis. Very concerned of the medical state of GG's. 11yr old cusses and verbally abuses GG's on a daily basis. Thrashes room an sneaks out of the house to get booze. Found in backyard last night unable to walk, "drunk". 11 yr old has been in County counceling for at least 2 years, has not helped. GG very introverted and not able to express problem correctly or completely. Officials will not let anyone else speak on her behalf. HELP!!!!

I am the daughter of GG and very very concerned. I've tried to talke my mother to give her to me since she was 3 to no avail. Now I don't even think I can handle her now, I also have a 13 year old to think about.

ok.. here's the story in a nutshell...

- my mom & dad divorced after 25 yrs. of marriage last year
- my mom has a drinking problem
- both of my parents are remarried
- my parents still talk to each other behind their spouse's back and it's driving me and my brother crazy
- when my mom gets drunk she won't stop talking about my dad and acting like she is going to leave her husband
- my brother doesn't want his kids around my mom because of her drinking.

... I live in another state while my brother lives right near my mom. I am not there when the drama goes down and I feel bad for my brother.. He asks her not to drink on days when she will see my nephews but she still does. She is not physically addicted to alcohol.. why won't she stop???? she has always put my dad before us and now she is putting alcohol and my dad before her own husband and grandkids. Can anyone help me with how to approach the situation???

My 22-year-old son called me this morning and casually mentioned that he & his girlfriend have been looking at property listings in a state 2000 miles from where we are now. I want what's best for him. However, I can't help but feel lost without him. We've always been very close. When I left his father, his father moved to this state & remarried. My son is going there because the grass appears to be so much greener there. I wouldn't dream of doing anything to stop him, but I need to hear from other moms who've experienced a similar situation with some words of how to cope. Thanks

I want to buy some life insurance for my dad. He is 59 years old and is a stroke victim. He doesn't live with me he lives in an assisted living facility. Is there an affordable life insurance policy that I can buy for him? I tried Globe Life but they rejected him due to his history of stroke and high blood pressure. I am trying to find something that is very very affordable because I will have to be paying for this myself along with my own personal bills. Thanks

My mother has never understood "boundaries". I think she views me as her own personal property. You can tell her repeatedly how you want things to be and she acts like she's never heard it before.

My husband and I decided two years ago to move 5 hours away from her so we didn't have to deal with her daily. A year later she started looking for a house 30 min. from us. She wanted to know what I thought....I told her, "Don't move, don't sell your house." (My dad still works...she sold the house to buy one 30 min. from me and he has to commute 5 hours...they rent an apartment to stay there during the work week.) But she is mostly here.

I told her before they moved, "I will not be your life after you move over here." She said, "I don't expect you to be." Now she is mad at me because I won't come see her everyday and I don't call her.

She calls me as much as 5 times a day. We've had an argument over me not seeing her and I have been issued the silent treatment. YES!!!
