It would be really helpful if you could get more information from someone. If you don't feel you can ask your dad, what about an aunt or grandmother?

Do you have their full names and do you know roughly where they are?

If so you could try:

http://www.b4usearch.com/

If you only have names you can try:

http://www.192.com/

(You need to subscribe to this - about £20.)

But unless their names are unusual you may get a very long list and have a lot of phoning or writing to do.

Good luck with it though. Family is important.

find a copy of your dad's marriage certificate.
(from him and the first wife) it will have his first wife's madien name on it. Search for her using that. THen search for her using your dad's last name.
If she is not married, one of those names will turn up.
YOur brothers SHOULD have your dad's last name if he was married to your brother's mom when they were born.
If you know the state, it should be easy to find them.
I am not sure how old you are but are you sure you really want to find them?
Even know your dad says that his ex was very mean to them (or that is the story you have been told), your brothers may have been told something very different.
They might resent you and your relationship with their dad.
They might think that their dad is scum. They might want to come after your dad for child support money that they think he owes them. YOur dad will NOT be happy with this if this happens.
I would have a hard time hearing from anyone concerned with my dad if he left me (even if my mother was a bytch) after all the kids were blameless in this whole thing. They might use you to find him and this whole thing could blow up in your face, are you prepared to deal with this outcome! If you decide yes,
GOOD LUCK on your search. I hope I am wrong about how you are recieved by your brothers but just want you to be aware that it might not be the great reunion that you had hoped for.

Try www.familysearch.com. you can search in the state they were born. That should give you the maternal info you need to go to the courthouse. Do you have they actual birth dates/ That would help also.
