my sister is a real brat. she won't leave me alone and everywere i go, she does. my mom lets her. she is exactly like her and they are both annoying. i don't know what to do.

Maybe if you don't let on how much it annoys you she'll lose interest.

If you can't blind them with brilliance then as the old saying goes Kill'em with kindness. If you are really sweet and accommodating and don't show one once of annoyance she will get bored and leave you alone sooner or later....
