My mom died a couple of months ago. I don't live in the same city as the rest of my family and I don't even know what was in her will. How can I get a copy of her will now that she has passed?

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm assuming that you are not close to any of your other relatives. You should contact your lawyer and see what to do.

First Of All Iam Sorry For Your Loss. Could You Ask Some One In Your Family. Or If You Have A Lawyer. Maybe He Could Help.

If you know who her lawyer was, contact them. Ask one of your family members who would know what was in her will for a copy. If you were mentioned in it, you should have heard something by now.

call your family... ask them if your mum had a will... if there was, talk to the lawyer who may have handled it...
