Ok, my mom and dad aren't speaking to each other so he is mad at everyone in the house. My lil brother ate something and left the bowls in the sink, I woke up this morning and the almost tripped over the bowls, they wre sitting outside my bedroom door and my dad put them there because he thought that I did it. Petty as all hell. What should I do to get back at him?

My cousin and I were in my dad's truck in the Wal-Mart parking lot. And,my dad had to go get something real quick, and so,me and my cousin were in the truck alone. And,my cousin is in 4th grade, but he is on the football team, and he is strong. So,it was all quite, and all of a sudden,he grabbed me,and he kissed my left cheek, and I opened the door, and I almost fell out,and then, my cousin pulled me back up.And he put his left hand half way down the back of my pants! I am 12 years old, but, did I get molested by my cousin?

My brother has been in and out of jail for various offenses over the past 5 years. None of them were violent crimes, most are driving and drug offenses. This time he is going to be in jail for 3 years and I really want to help him make this his last time. He is actually my Step Brother and we were only really close when we were younger, over the years we have really grown apart. I just want to help him kick his drug addiction (heroin) and persuade him to lead a better life when he gets out of jail. Every time he gets out of jail he goes right back to drugs and trouble.
What things can I do while he is in jail to help him lead a better life when he gets out? Any suggestions? Any personal experiences?

my dad doesn't seem to like my boyfriend (who i've been with for over 18 months now) and says that he is embarrased when we are together. i'm nearly 17 and dad still can't let chris feel like part of the family. dad says that it's embarrasing if we ever peck each other on the cheek when we're in public - he said that were like two dogs on heat (we never do more than hold hands, hug or occasionally give each other a peck on the cheek in public) - why is he so mean?

My wife's entire family (15 people) came for a visit during the holidays. The night of Christmas, everyone was sitting around relaxing and having a few drinks and watching television, playing games, etc. I was alone in the kitchen where I had been restocking the refrigerator with beer when my sister-in-law, my wife's older sister, came up and leaned into me. She put one arm around my waist and with her other hand, she slowly rubs my abs and up to my chest where, in my opinion, she lingered a little too long to be appropriate. Then she stood on her tiptoes, kissed my on the neck and said, "Love you...," then turned and walked off to get another drink.

Am I reading too much into this or do you think there was a hidden message in her actions? If so, how should I hand it?

I got diagnosed with ocd about six months ago. Of course I was sad, confused, etc. so I talked to my sister in law about it. She said she understood and was sympathetic. Last month we got into an argument and I ended up calling her a loser. She told me that I had mental problems and needed to get something done about it. How would me having ocd have anything to do with calling her a loser? I feel like she betrayed me because she took what I told her in confidence and degraded me with it. Why didn't she just call me a name back? I know that fighting in the first place wasen't mature. we made up but I don't want to speak to her anymore.

when my step daughter spends a lot of time with her real mother she is very hateful and disrespectful towards me. it gets so bad to the point where i feel it would be easier for me to divorce and just take care of my two kids all by myself. i have been to that point 2 times already. the sad part is that my husband and i dont have ANY problems it is just the way his daughter treats me when she has been with her mom for a long period of time. i know that her mom always talks bad about me while they are over there. she is a dead beat mom, walked out and left her two kids and husband whom she cheated on behind while she went out and drank all the time. she owes us like almost $4,000 in backed child support and only has to pay $150.00 a month for 2 kids. could someone tell me if the court would see what she is doing as a type of abuse? and how do i get my step daughter to see what she is doing?

My daughter is 11 years old and since few months it takes her forever to fall asleep. Meanwhile she wakes up during the night and says that she can't sleep. BUT as soon as she is in my bed she sleeps right away. I asker her if she is scared or has a problem or something bugs her but she replied with no, no and again no.
Do you have any similiar problems? If yes were you able to help your child? Did you use medicine? Appreciate your replies.

I have 3 sons 30, 27, and 21 ; they are successful; finished college; have strong , independent girlfriends/wife that I get along with ; never any problems until this past year when my 30 yr old facing intestinal reconstruction told me to get the h out of room that he doesn't need a mommy any more; (when several days before he called me begging for advice about a second opinion for the surgery) my next son, I asked him to leave at 26 after never contributing etc (told me I would have to evict him) he moved out and is now getting married next year (of course he asked for money for the wedding) my youngest son just had a big argument with me and told me that I borrow money when he was in high school and never paid him back 150.00 - he lives under my roof; helped him with car; my heart breaks for the things that they said to me this year and I burst into tears at the drop of a hat? What do I do now , step back , give time , any advice ; oops there goes another tear! I am so hurt

My wife's 19year old daughter is not willing to move out. We don't mean to be unkind but she is a disaster. I would like to get some advise on the best way to go about getting her to leave. We are looking at having to take legal action to get this done. She is not on the lease and does not contribute anything to the household. (I mean she does not contribute absolutely nothing). She believes that she is entitled to stay as long as she likes, due to some fantasy, because she thinks that we won't do anything to her in order for her to go. We gave her a 5month notice to vacate so she could save her money and get a place to live. She keeps coming up with excuses not to move. Please Help!!!
Thank You for your time and response to this important matter.

I'm the oldest of two girls and i'm in my 20's. My dad is naturally a "bossy" kinda dictator guy and my mom is naturally a control freak. For the past few years now, i've been given empty promises and realized that i've been dependent on them (for my age) and have started to change routes. In my teen years, i was rebellious and selfish, then i went through an "obedient" phase with them - and now i want to balance those two - do what i want and need to do without disrespecting them. I feel like i can't do anything without them freaking out, bossing me around, getting "too involved" in my life, giving me unnecessary drama, negativity and guilt-trip, and a lecture. If i don't "listen" to them word by word, my mom breaks out into this "actress" and does the whole, "fine - do whatever you want. i'm only tryin to help" even though i know deep inside what I'm doing is RIGHT FOR ME. Why are they like this and how do i change this?
