it seems like they use to trust me when i was younger, but now i'm a teenager and they dont trust me at all. i havent done anything to loose their trust.

Then talk to them about it. Explain that you feel like you have lost their trust but you dont know why and you would like the chance to earn it back. Talk to a school councelor or adult friend to maybe help explain it better if you need to. Maybe they are just being over protective because you ARE a teen and they want to keep you from bad situations. Hang in there though, it will get better and you wont be a teen forever.

You don't think you've done anything, but you've gotten older, and that, to some parents, is reason to worry. Worry turns into nagging at you to make the right choices, do the right things. That makes you feel like they don't trust you. The things they worry about are much too important to them, for your welfare, and they're probably going to persist until they feel you're beyond those dangers. Take it from a mother of a kid who didn't always make the right choices.

U dont get trust u earn it by the things u do.

You will got lots of answers saying "it must be gained, you have to earn it", etc.
Since you have done nothing to lose it, just ride it out...continue on your path and they will soon see that just because you're a teen that doesn't make you untrustworty.

Teens have the tendency to be very wild
Your parents are probably expecting that from you

talk to them and exlain to them if they interupe then tell them you have alot to say and you dont want them to inturupe you and you will let them know when you want to know what they have to say. Tell them how you feel tell them you can be trusted and y.

Be honest with parents about things and tell them you will be good....comply with their simple rules..
