My family and other people who knew my father say my personality is identical to my father. How can this be seeing that I never met my father?

I have a five year old sister that always gets into my stuff after everyone in our family has told her not to. I have basically asked her not to literally over 100 times. I have tried talking to my parents about getting a lock for when I am not there, but they keep "forgetting" to get one, and they shun everything that happens. She always takes my stuff and ruins it!! She eats all my snacks and candy and stuff, even when it is in my room! I've talked to my parents about setting boundaries and not letting her in but they have told her a few times, and she has never listened, and they refuse to punish her for the way she acts. When I try to give her reasoning all she says is "I'm right! I am allowed in YOUR room if I WANT TO!!!!" and she just stays in there trashing my room. What should I do!! This has been going on forever!! I HATE IT SO MUCH!!! I know she's just five but she needs to learn to respect people's privacy and their stuff, especially when they are told not to touch it! Help!

The show "To catch a predtor" is about catching predator that meet 15 and under children online.

In one state parent said they are bring those nasty people to our naboihoods, look at our children and they should stop it.

My opinon is that those predator are in evry coner of the earth, and I think that people posing oonline is the best way to lock them up.

im 13 and they still make me go to bed at 9... alls i asked for for christmas was a new bed time, and i didnt get that... i do tons of work around the house, but its never enough to go hang out with my parents or have someone over... they make fun of me because i got dropped a math class... [i dont understand algebra, and they dont give a crap, they just get mad that im doin bad in the class...] my little brother scratches up all my games for xbox, and he cracked my brand new skateboard... im the big scapegoat around the house and everything is always me... my parents never have enough money for me to get sumthing, or go somehwere with my friends, but always enough money to buy a carton of ciggarettes... and i usually end up spending the day lying in my room thinking, unless i have to go to school.. i cant lock my door, and my parents wont help me with anything, homework, fixing something, nothing. idc if they are parents, u still have to give respect to get it, dont u?

I am 4 months pregnant with his child, and I find myself longing for the days when it was just myself and my kids in our little apt. Keyword being OUR, could this just be hormones or what? I super love my fiance, and we have no problems at all, we communicate perfectly, but I find myself wishing for the days when it was just us (me and the girls) our way, our time, not worrying about anyone else.

Has anybody else gone from single parenthood to married life and felt the same thing at one time or another?

My husband and I know his mother is dying of Alzheimers and we are both feeling out of control in this time of our lives. I need to be the strong person but I dont now how to prepare him for such difficult and painfull time. I need to start to tell him that her death is gonna happend no matter what but some how I cant help but break down. please help me to tell him and prepare him for her death,please help!

My son reccently let out the truth that he was abused since he was seven; I hit the roof and cussed him out, blew a gasket and told his father. Today he came home after one of his friends was looking for him. It was 9:00 and it is now 10:30. We were out to dinner & I was joking with him & he kicked me in the shin so hard I almost cried. I yelled at him & told him he hurt me. He said I didn't know what pain was. He said when he broke,dislocated & relocated his pinky THAT was pain.I said" your saying me breakin my leg, havin pancreatitus, 2 busted knees werent pain? He said No not like mine was. I said what about the 72 hours i spent pushin ur fat head out of me. My hubby said thats eves fault she ate the apple.....she sinned 1st...and do u know what my son said???????? Ok i feel really unsafe around my dad, he gets really mad at me alot for no good reasons, and he looks for small things just to punish me, he use to hit me when i was young but since my mom has a restraining order im always alone and hes always at his girfriends and im not sure what i should do, he also does drugs i believe and im seriously getting ready to stop doing stuff he says and if he hits me one more time,id be ready to call the cops and get my mom back in this house and him out! but im really confused if i should do this or not? or is there somthing better, cos im all out of ideas and im desperate

My Boyfriend took me in when mum threw me out, I was drunk and she said dont come back till I was sober, My boyfriend ofered me somewhere to stay, got me some new clothes, paid for new school uniform everything, He treated me ike a grown up sharing his beer and gear and we got high and he took me, and I realised I was gay. Ok, here we go. When my grandmother (not my father's mother) came down for christmas my dad worked very hard to impress her. He cooked dinner for 12 hours on Christmas Eve. He tried his very hardess to be as nice and pleasant to everyone as possible. Now here's the question. My Dad found a month's worth of my step brother's ADHD pills under his matress and flipped out. He had been lying for a MONTH. Now my grandmother thought my dad was being too hard on my step brother and went home enfuriated. She also screamed at my dad and said that the kids were better off living with her. Now they are fighting all the time and my grandmother has requested to be on Dr. Phil! My dad is an amazing father and he is very sensitive. This is tearing him apart. What should we do?

my brother hasnt spoken to me in over 10 yrs...not really sure why..he told my father that i tried picking up one of his girlfriends..i would have been about 17 at the time...but i didnt do it..we all played at the same football club and i would have only been saying hello....was he just being totally insecure??

I'm 28 years old and I love my family very much and we are very close. We go on vacations and have dinners together almost evey Sunday. But I'm starting to feel distant from them, like I don't fit. I feel like I want more. I have grown up, bought a house, and now work in the same city with my family. I feel like I need to get out. My boyfriend is talking about moving to TX and I'm considering it (I live in OH now). It would break my mother's heart. My sisters keep telling me that I won't really do it and that I am too much of a family person. Can I still be a family person if I move? Is it worth losing my boyfriend over? Please help me choose!!!

Me and my husband split up when I became six months pregnet. He came to see my son when he was two weeks old (who is now 5yr) My exhusband disapeared not keeping in touch leaving me to rasie my son on my own, His family makes excurse for him. My brother asked me to buy a lottery ticket for him - he had to go to work. He wrote the numbers down on a piece of paper. He gave me £5.

I went to the shop, bought milk, paper, drink and cigarettes. I forgot the piece of paper and therefore didn't get the ticket.

HIS NUMBERS CAME UP... 5 NUMBERS AND THE BONUS BALL!! apparently he didn't just choose random numbers, they were significant and he knew them. He has been calling me for 2 days asking me for his ticket... I didn't buy it and I really don't know what to say... I haven't the heart to check how much he would have won.
