NBC: To catch a predator: Parent plz answer?

Question

The show "To catch a predtor" is about catching predator that meet 15 and under children online.

In one state parent said they are bring those nasty people to our naboihoods, look at our children and they should stop it.

My opinon is that those predator are in evry coner of the earth, and I think that people posing oonline is the best way to lock them up.

It certainly works as a deterrent to predators in chat rooms but my concern is that will these people find an underground way in which to obtain sex from children. There are children from third world countries being sold all the time as sex slaves and this is a horrible problem that needs addressing as well. Write to your representative in government and let them know your concerns.

i agree with you. it is a good way to catch the predators.
if you aren't out there looking for some underage person then you won't have anything to worry about. but if you are, you could get caught.
when they get caught (especially the ones who strip off as they enter the house) i think its hilarious.
i have a young daughter and i wouldn't let her on the computer without being right there where i could see everything she does.

I have watched that show. The first thing is that these jerks answer those girls on the internet, saying all stupid things. THEN _ to show their INTENT- the jerk actually goes to that address bringing whatever items the girl requests. As long as the jerk shows up- that alone shows his intent to____. I think that's a great way to catch these perverts!

That is such a great show. I love it and I greatful someone is doing something. They may not get everyone of them but it's a great start. We need more shows like this. Kudos to NBC!!!!!!!
