Okay, y'all know the story now. Husband and I separated, for the most part friendly with each other, he's seeing someone.

We want our children to see Momma and Daddy acting in the same way we expect THEM to act, so we're working hard now to keep from being horrible to each other. Early on, though, very soon after he moved out and started dating another woman, there was a blowout, in which he disclosed some information in an email about his new personal life that has burned some really really horrible mental images in my mind. I threw up, then couldn't stop re-reading it for some reason. I finally deleted it.

He feels awful about it, and neither of us are innocent here. I know that. And I forgive him for what he said in a fit of anger.

But now I can't stop thinking of when WE were together, and these mental images keep flashing in my mind of him looking at her the way he looked at me, and seeing them together that way.

I know it'll fade in time but can I make it stop now?

does successful means that, you are able to win peopel`s heart on their perception about you?but how is this possible when ourself can even trust our selve and we know that we are not that perfect in order to wins people..but should we lie to ourselves to win others heart when we know this is only our limit?it seems that when you are likable to everyone you will be a star....because when many doesnt like you will only make people hate and begin to cause you trouble but how can i control l things like that when ourselve have our problem?

Or any other site with personal information such as private emails? Granted he wanted to prove I was lying, which I was, but it still angers me beyond belief. I've tried to get past it but now I have serious trust issues, as I'm sure he does too. Do you think this is something you could get past?

Ok, I am getting married in Sept 2009 (A year and 9 months away). We are waiting so long b/c we really want to afford our wedding. Both our families will be helping out and we between the 2 of us we can afford about 6 grand. For the next 6 months I want to explore every avenue for getting the best deals on everything from invitations, to halls, to caters etc. I am not looking for a "cheap" wedding but I want it to fullfill my dream and not cost 20 grand. There are only a few things I want for sure. I want to have about 200 people and I want it at a hall with good food (not necissarily steak but just yummy good) and music. Othe r then that I don't care about the rest of the stuff, I can compromise and pretty much make it work. Does anyone know good ways of cutting costs? (Also, I am getting a deal on the catering and hall b/c my uncle owns the catering service).

I'll give you some examples of what I mean by "stupid".

Refuses to go to the dentist because "they always tell me I have cavities".

Rants and raves that they successfully quit smoking, but hides the fact that they just switched to chew.

Hires a maid service, then spends 16 hours cleaning before the maid shows up.

Disconnects the "service engine" light because he doesn't know what the problem really is.

Skipped his rent for a month because he was angry at his landlord for threatening to evict him.

Took out a loan to buy christmas presents, then asked relatives for money for christmas instead of gifts so she can pay for that loan.

See, normally I'd just tell these people off for being stupid...but they're my friends so I can't just come right out and say that. And softened methods of saying "Y'know, that's really not a good idea, because..." have failed to get through. Is there some kind of tactful way to slap someone upside the head?

This is my issue I don't want my daughter to drive, she is 16, for the sole reason of liability. As much as I trust her I can't get past knowing whatever "she" does I'm responsible for. All it would take is 1 mistake while with friends and my wife and I could pay the price forever. 20 years ago I wouldn't be having this probem, but with our ultra sue happy society it's just 1 lawsuit away from financial ruin. I think of Nick Hogan's recent accident and the multi million $$ lawsuit that is soon to be filed. Locally a 16 yr old "boy" hit a guy on a bike the judgement was over 190k. Do you guys think about this or not?

I started seeing a guy I hired to do work in my apt. He winded up doing other things I needed done, we started seeing each other, things wasnt working out, I told him "Its obvious it isnt working with us. Why dont you let me know when you can come to complete the work you started." He didnt reply. I shot a 2nd msg, he didnt reply. I think he's ignoring me bcz I said "Things arent working with us". Maybe his feelings are hurt or he's mad. But I PAID HIM to do the work, its not finished, its only right for him to complete the work. I got angry for being ignored, called & cursed him out. THEN he called. I ask him, "I have to disrespect you for you to return my msgs?" He said he's "with a client" & will call me later but never called. I'm VERY angry bcz I paid him & he's ignoring me for personal reasons & that's wrong. I cursed him 1 final time, told him I'll never call again, I'll get someone else to do the job even though I paid HIM ALREADY, & told him I HATED HIM.

Isnt he WRONG????

My husband's parents always have a Christmas party just for adults during the Holiday season. They have many other activities that the children are all welcome to, but this one night is just for adults - family and friends. Last year, there was a big blowup because my husband's stepbrother shows up with his wife and their 2 kids. Other people were upset because they didn't get to come because they had no one to watch their kids, or they came and didn't bring their kids and were upset that they couldn't have brought them. This stepbrother is the "golden boy" - my husband's stepdad's favorite.....He shows up to Thanksgiving dinner in shorts....the rules don't seem to apply to him or his family.....His daughter is a tyrant...

Well, this year, we get told the night before the party that we are not invited because of the kids......we completely understood and were not offended...

This guy I like.He has said he likes me. I knocked him back as we were both in relationships. He persists. I'm free now but one thing keeps bothering me.He is an awful flirt, don't mind that, but this one girl, she is a stunner and a major flirt herself. He likes her, I know that, but when I confronted him before he told me that she means nothing to him, that it was me he wanted. Being insecure in general, I declined once again to have a relationship with him.She lays on the sexual innuendo thick now and he loves every minute of it.I dunno, should I believe him or is he prob deceiving me.They were talking yesterday and when he saw me today he was acting all sad and stuff.I really care about him and this has gone on for 7 years, which seems like a long time for him to just want to get laid by me.I dunno, what do you think?

A few days after Thanksgiving, I tried to discuss Christmas plans with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. I asked if they would all like to come to church (husband's a minister) and then have dinner at our house on Christmas Eve. I got no answer and was told that we would discuss it later. A couple of days ago, I received a typed letter from my mother-in-law telling me the "plan" for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. She said that she and my sister-in-law had already decided that Christmas Eve dinner would be at my sister-in-law's house (We can't come because of church) and then she would be having spaghetti (for whoever, whenever) at her house on Christmas day and indicated that we are expected to come some time that day and that once again my parents and brother are also invited. My husband and I agreed when we had children that we would celebrate Christmas at home while the children are little. I'm sick of feeling angry and torn! Any suggestions?

She kinda had a "slutty" past....she gave head to like 10 guys within a 3 yr time span, which i dont really think is alot to be honest..but it just bothers me to think that she did that and i think it is hurting us because i always think about it and get mad, She said she is done hooking up with guys and just wants to be with me and promised she would never cheat or anything like that...but this just really gets to me. What can i do? is there anything?
