I am having trouble deciding who to live with. i have always been a daddys girl but he cheated on my mom and she caught him so he moved out and i stayed. then me and my mom growed closer together but we still fight every now and then and its like my dad never left except for the hole in me. and my mom doesnt want me to contact my dad because she wants to see if he will contact us. i have only seen him three times since he moved out. but i love my mom. i have to decide who i want to live with my dad is a totally new and nicer person and said it was up to me who i decided to live with but i cant decide. before my dad was over protective and strict but now he is nicer and a new person. and i really miss him. what do you think i should do.

I don't mean "giving" me oral. I mean letting me give "her" oral. She finds it repulsive and thinks I can give her bacterial infections and she just refuses. We enjoyed this activity quite a bit before the birth of our second child, who is now 4yrs old.

I pay a lot of child support as well. My ex told me that I also have to pay for their basketball shoes as well since I signed them up to play.The sneakers will also be worn after the season so it is not just for basketball. I do not have money for that and I thought that is what child support is for.I have the email asking to buy the sneakers I would like to show the email to a state agency. Am I correct?

I am currently dating a woman with a young child. She has been divorced for around 3 years now and the ex husband plays little role in the upbringing of his son. I've noticed how defiant the son has gotten over the last year we've been seeing each other - temper tantrums, not listening, completely ignores his mother's wishes and even goes as far as hitting her with fists, and any other objects he can throw at her. Coming into a scenario like this, it bothers me to see her son acting out this way, however I recognize the fact that I am not the child's father, nor do I want to be. What role I do play is that of a male figure he can look up to. I am curious if anyone out there has any "non invasive" advice where I can assist my girlfriend in toning down her son's violent tendencies without over stepping my bounds.

My sister and me have never been close...But in the past year everything has went doen hill,worse than ever...I'm only 15 she's 23....Though I act more like the 23 year old and her the 15 year old...She's hooked on drugs,I'm hooked on books...We're complete opposites...I don't even remember what she sounds like or where she lives...I wanna say I hate her,but she's given me my three nephews and niece...And shes the only sister I have...How can I be her sister when she wont be mine.

It is not like I am against pornography, I just feel like every time I glance over at his computer screen, he is scoping out (hetero) porn. We have been married 5 months and have no children. I try to open myself up once and awhile to sharing with him and the porn, but it just seems constant. Not to completely over-share, but I am always feeling (and expressing to him) that I want sex. He says that he is too tired or doesn't have time rather frequently. Any thoughts I will consider helpful.

How can a mother belittle her own children with words such as "you can't do anything right, and you won't succeed in anything in life?". When the mother is the one in an abusive marriage and doesn't even know how to deal with her own marriage, or the way her family/children are falling apart. I bust my butt off in school to get somewhere in my life, just so i can graduate and make enough money to move her/my brother/myself away from my father and his abusive ways. So she thanks me by turning around and telling me "I'm not good enough, I don't try hard enough?". There's days where I'm so drained emotionally from all the stress and I can't stop crying, but i push myself even harder. I feel so alone sometimes like no one gets me, and nobody can help me. I lost trust and respest for my father 14 yrs ago, and now I have to do the same with my mother? Why would she say something like that to me?

This person is clinically depress and I been trying to think of positive things to say, I care about this person just as I do everyfriend. This person accepts what I say; however, he uses the dreadful "but". This person doesn't like therapy becuase he says it doesn't last. I don't give out what fuels this depressing. Help please. but i want to know if he is cheating on me as we are not divorced. Plus after 3 yrs i feel used for a greencard two months after he got it he left. I really think i want to know because i just want to see if it was the greencard or cheating after three yrs you want to know why it's over. The strange thing is it is over even though we are not divorced. Why do i want to know so badly it's driving me nuts.

She makes a big deal even if i'm an hour late because I have a curfew and I was in a movie that didn't allow phones..So I panicked and called her and she got really mad. I promised her next time I would call her but she doesnt believe me.. My friends invited me to go to a concert but the problem is, it's at 10 P.M. and my mom doesn't like me to go out late at night and it's an hour away from the concert so I might go home between 11 or 12.. how can i convince her to let me go out late and far with my friends?

I have a baby that is 1 1/2, with a man I was engaged to prior to getting pregnant. He broke it off with me half way during the pregnancy, and tired to get back together with me when she was born. He claims he was trying to work things out with me, though he rarely showed up or helped. I became so distraught over the lack of participation, that I suspected he was with someone else. I "invaded his privacy" and went through his phone, to find out that he was seeing someone. He swore it was nothing. Needless to say, a year went by (without a visit to his daughter) and now he is back saying that he would of been around that whole year if I didn't invade his privacy and would just be patient and let him adjust. It has been two months that we have been trying to be friends and work towards being together. He was canceling visits with us or showing up hours late. I began to investigate again. I saw his profile on Myspace, he says he has no kids, he says he is 39 instead of 45, he opened it the same time he was saying he wanted to get back together AND the girl that he use to be seeing was listed as his friend on there. THE KICKER IS, he never told this girl about me OR the baby. She has no idea that I was engaged to him, or that she was dating him when I was pregnant and right after I had the baby. I was so mad, that I wanted to email her. I struggled for days, and I finally did. I was nice in the email, explaining I only wanted the truth and wanted to know if they were still together. The awful things is that my daughter will probably never see her dad again, or for a very long time. I wish I was strong enough to of taken the high road, but if I was her I would want to know. And I felt so decieved. I loved this man, and was still waiting for him to come back to us. Part of me feels I did this to make a final break. Should I of thought of the baby and taken the hight road? Did I do the right thing? Help!

Okay, I don't know whats up with him!! 2 hours ago, he told me he was all depressed and all because he thinks I ignore him, and my mom, and my twin sister. He was so depressed, he literally skipped work today just because of that!! I'm getting really worried. I told him to fix my computer mouse and it took me at least 10 tries just to get him to listen to me and he finally fixed it. So, I went upstairs and before I went upstairs he called my name. And I was like, What? he said, tell mom while' your up there if she doesn't come down and talk to me, i'm going to skip work again tomorrow and i don't care if I get fired. WHAT'S GOING ON WITH HIM? He's not acting normal!! And the other day he almost punched my sister and I.. help me whats wrong with him.. he's not drunk he doesn't drink!!

Been married 15 years, 4 great kids. Great life till my husband got hurt at work (fireman) and became addicted to vicodin..... for the last 3 years we have dealt with re-habs and legal problems. This morning, we were to be in court and she did not show up. I called her to remind her last night and she told me she was in another state. I found out just now she was here in town through her aunt. She just did not go to court. This was for Non-support. She has not paid any of her child support since I was awarded custody. What happens next? I can prove she was in our town. She does have a few warrants out for her arrest.
