It is an addiction if it's taking over his time for normal everyday activities. And there's a huge red flag if he prefers it to having sex with you. My bf just broke up with me because he has a femdom/leather/wanting domination all the time addiction, and he has to get help without me. He was wanting it ALL the time and realized that it interfered with his life.

I would say you should call up all your girlfriends the next time there are some male strippers in town and go out and enjoy yourself.30 years old and more interested in the porn than a nice young and interested wife sounds pretty bad to me. Maybe you should bail out before it gets to 6 monthes. At least do some serious thinking and get your ducks in a row, if he won't turn off his porn and talk to you tell him to enjoy his porn and head for the hills! Whaddya got to lose?

hi there. I just got out of a nasty 7 year relationship with a guy who was a sex/porn/strip club addict. I know how you feel. TRUST ME.
I don't know you (obviously) but from my own experience, if he doesn't WANT to change the behavior, he WON'T change. I tried couple's therapy, pleading with his parents and siblings for help, I kicked him out and HE CONTINUED THE SAME BEHAVIOR. I broke up with him last month and never looked back. I feel relief now. I am so sorry that this is happening. The fact that he is constantly looking at porn HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. You have to remember that. i know it's hard to understand. But in therapy, I was told over and over and over again that he is "doing this to himself and this has nothing to do with you."
I hope things work out.

You've got a problem-- maybe he isn't turned on or excited by you. I'm not trying to insult you here but if you want sex and he'd rather look at porn then do the real deed then there's something going on.
Maybe you need to spicen things up a bit; try role playing, involve sexual toys, and involve sweets in the sex (like strawberries, syrups, and creams).

Tell him the porn goes or you do, get rid of the internet and the porn will be gone, just check for magazines around the house.
