The reason we broke up was because he got a girl pregnant behind my back we were pretty much high school sweethearts. When he found out she was pregnant he begged me to stay with him, he said he would take care of the baby but still be with me. I have a husband now and am 25 with a son, but i still think about him a lot. What makes the situation worse is that we share a lot of the same friends so i see every so often but we haven't spoken since i found out about the other girl(5 years ago) It was like from one day to the next we just stopped speaking. Is it wierd that he pops into my mind or that sometimes i feel like i miss him?

I have a grown daughter with whom I have always had a rocky relationship. She has a bad habit of mistreating others, being very self-centered, and badmouthing people behind their backs (including myself). Recently she got into some trouble and had her daughter temporarily taken away from her (her grandmother was kind enough to take custody since i work and cannot afford to). She has been very ungrateful and hateful to Grandma, and when I call her on it, she flies off the handle and begins to badmouth me about how bad a mother I have been, how I never support her and never will, how I am nothing but a F***ing drunk and should just shutup, etc. I have tried to talk to her, she never tries to talk things out but always flies into a defensive rage...."You never understand me, etc." I can't support someone who is always nasty and hateful to people. I am so depressed about this I could die. I am about ready to tell her just don't ever call me again....what do I do? I can't keep this up.

Here's what i noticed - this guy i know is "shy" when it comes to certain things, passive when he wants to be and when he doesn't wanna deal w. stress - you don't wanna force him or push him too much

You'd think in relationships, he would suck at communication (lack of experience) but w. this one girl he used to like, he was open and ready to be rejected - was ready to have that "talk"...but this girl who he was close friends w. (and closest thing to a relationship he's experienced) - they both fell for each other yet when it comes to communication, he SUCKS at it...he'll mention things here and there but isn't as confident and then choses to be passive and wants things to wait out and deal with them on it's own...

what's up w. this?

ok so heres the deal.
i like this guy, but i dont know if he likes me. but i guess you need to know our history.

were in 9th grade.
in 6th grade we became friends, but a little later he liked me more than a friend, but i didnt like him.
7th grade nobody really liked each other we were just friends again.
8th grade i liked him, and i told him, but he didnt really like me so we stopped talking.
9th grade (now) we started talking again and its like were best friends. the promblem, im starting to like him again, but am afraid to tell him. all my friends say all he does in our computer class is flirt with me, and all i do is flirt. so should i tell him i like him, or just keep it a secret?

My partner and I are both looking to change career paths. I have been offered a position in another state. She is looking for a position in the same state, but as well as New York. My job would start soon, meaning I would have to move without her and live alone in the new state for at least 6 months. My husband and I have been married for a little over three years and have marital problems. We have had some pretty bad issues arise. He cheated on me almost a year ago and it took some time to recover from that. He also lied about a porn addiction and began to lie about the simplest things. Believe it or not things are getting better. They have been for the past four or five months. However, we do still get into arguments from time to time.

But I have asked him about having kids for the longest and he keeps saying he's not ready. He recently said our situation has gotten better but he's still not ready. This has been his excuse for the past two and a half years (we started having problems about four months after we were married). I won't say I haven't played my part because at times I can be very pushy and persistent, but I have been faithful and truthful througout this relationship.

I have PCOS (a fertility issue) so I will probably need fertility medication in ...
