It is their job to enforce the payment schedule in the divorce decree. They can have his wages garnished.

Yes he is stil responsible. No matter what financial situation a person is in the court will always require child support becasue the children still need food and clothes. Bankruptcy is no excuse.

Most definitely....there are a few things that can't be included on bankruptcy...and two of them are Child Support and Student Loans...

You cannot claim bankruptcy on child support. There is no statute of limitations on child support either.....so as long as there is a balance, it is due.

You cannot write off child support or school loans on bankrupcy.
