If he is flirting now, it's not going to be any better in the future, little by little it usualy grows into more than flirting . So if he really likes you he should either quit the job, or change his position there so he wouldn't have to flirt.

If this job is based on flirting with other people, the relationship may be strained because of it. If possible, you should probably advise him to find a better job that is more in the professional way.

business should be business... I had a discussion w/ my husband on this topic... he works in a factory, and the women in the office bassically dress like sluts... they do this to win clients, it's just plain wrong! so, in my opinion, he should either find another job, or get clients the right way... business like! and that's that... to me, in my opinion, he does not have to flirt, or even let women flirt w/ him! if his company does not like him acting business like, or like him blowing off advances from women, they can fire him, and he should sue... if he does not stop letting women flirt w/ him, he enjoys it, and that's a problem... and I'd dump him if I were you, but, that's me, I don't settle for anything less than 100 percent from a man...100 percent!

Unless your boyfriend works as a male escort, he does not have to flirt with women to attract *clients.* Men flirt with women to attract women to their beds. Period.
Find a new boyfriend.

It sounds like he has a dream job most men would envy. Since it's a part of his job don't be insecure about it. Since he has plenty of opportunity and chooses to be with you, consider it a compliment.

If you did trust your man. you would n't be asking the question. It is very easy to say you trust someone than it is to actually do it.

I don't believe that any job would entail flirting. Are you sure you have this right?
