Okay so my mom and dad have been married for about 19 years already and he has been an alcoholic ever since. My mom has put up with him because he always says sorry and is alcohol free for a couple of months then does it again.
Currently we were on welfare and he didn't have to pay rent, etc. because they were paying it for us and now since he is working and everything and making about 500-600 dollars they took welfare away from us so imagine they cannot count on him for nothing because he is not paying the rent like he is suppose to and they are close to getting evicted and he is not giving them any money like only 100 a week and they are 3 kids. so can they get welfare since they don't have any food currently they took of the cable etc.?? what can they do?
I am not living with them since I am 18 with a kid and recently moved with my husband

Hi I just got married one 1/2 years ago and unfortunately my sexual life is almost GONE. My husband doesn't wanna have sex as often as I would like...I dont know what happened we used to do it every day more than once but since we got married it started to slow down really fast. We both travel a lot but even when we haven't seen each other in a few days he doesn't wanna do it....At night he just wanna watch TV and he's always tired....I'm really disappointed and I've talk to him several times so he reacts for a day or two and then we're back to the same NO SEX LIFE....I feel really depressed and actually if I had new it would be like this I wouldn't have married him, he's great and I love him, but I'm not ready to quit the SEX. I dont want to cheat but I guess he can be without sex and I can't. Will this will end up our marriage? I hear a lot of people saying they have a lot sex and my married friends are in the same situation than me..What's wrong????

alright so here is the run down...i live in a decent 3 bedroom apartment...my mom my sister my brother and i...and my mom and sister have their own room of course...and the last room goes to my brother who is 21 who should be living on his own providing for himself correct? and me...17 years old...i sleep on a couch....should it be i that gets the room or my older lazy P.O.S brother...?

my friends half-sister is mixed (black and white). She looks white, you would never think she was black (blonde hair, light skin, no dominant black features). Her mom is lighter than most black people so that could be why. My husband is mixed as well and he also looks white...Anyways, the little baby cries when black people are around her, she cried at my husband's mom and his uncle...(she never cries around people and they were the only black people around) I'm 8 months pregnant and I worry my baby will be scared of his family. I really don't want him around them though because they are all ghetto freaks (won't get into it) ....Why do you think the little girl cries??

He is 19 and all of a sudden started talking to this lil 14 year old girl and called her baby, and hung out with her and played baseball and that and talks to her for hours on the phone. So I broke up with him i am not taking that..But I am 8 weeks pregnant with his baby and I want him to be there and i want to be with him..And I just don't know what to say to get through to him and I don't know what i should do about the girl thing..Cuz there is going to be a whole trust issue thing there.

I've liked this girl for a long time and there's just no way she doesn't know.

Anyway, she called me and asked me for advice with her "friend's" personals ad. She wouldn't tell me which friend it was for or let me see it.

She also recently said that she could date now because it's not against her religion anymore.

I've been waiting for this girl to come around for a long time. I thought it was the religion thing getting in my way, but now I'm starting to wonder.

She also asked for my help with one of her classes, and likes to come to me for advice. I thought that was a good thing until now.

Time to give up??

I just watched it. And it's the most sexist thing I have ever seen.
1st. They are made out to be independant women making it without their husbands. But yet the plot is to steal their husbands money (because they could never be able to make it on their own?)
2nd. Diane Keatons daughter says 'Dad, Im a lesbian!' to get back at him. Why are men made out to be the ones who have a problem with it?
3rd. First wives club - what about men who have been cheated on?
4th. I hate it !

How important are they to you?
I have an older brother, Chris, whom I would give anything for, even my left arm if neccessary.
Since it was only he and I growing up we have a super close brother/sister bond.

me and my boss have a great relationship. he is happily married with kids and so am i. we always go to lunch together and talk about anything and everything. there is absolutely nothing between us.....only friendship. I am 28 and he is 53(looks really good for his age). today when we were out to lunch (we go to lunch together at least once a week) he mentioned that there is a stripclub couple of blocks away from where we work. he thought it would be really fun if we went there for lunch. and asked if i wanted to go. i didnt say anything. i dont think that's appropriate. what do you think?
i think its wrong and i am not planning on going...also, i know for a fact that my husband would agree with me that's inappropriate and would not want me to go.

p.s. by boss is an attorney and i am his secretary

There's a girl that had heartbrokened me for sevreal months already. The thing was we never went out but i was so close to her as a friend that we she started ignoring me i practicly cried every single day.

I told her how i felt over on facebook(big mistake in my opinion) and she replied me in a unpleasent way. Now I want to talk to her in person about how I really feel.

The thing is I don't know if i should do this and what to really say by calling this time. I was about to talk to her in person on the bus today but I didn't think i was ready yet.

I know this guy through a web chat, he invited me out for dinner after dinner he invited me to see his place and for a couple of drinks.We spend the night togethere sharing each other life stories. He seems to be a gentleman, so I find him pretty boring lol. However from what he share to me, his profession and all about his life really impressed me the down times and how he get through after the tragical married he has from, now he is single again( I can feel his sincerity though). He's an American guy and I am Asian. That actually really surprised me why he never attempt to hold my hands or kiss me either when we are just both alone in his apartment.For some reason I made the first move and give him a sign to do whatever he has in mind.We ended up, having agreat time togethere that night.After the next day, I never bother to message cause I know for a fact that guys are all the same , after they have you then ,they'll forget you. But contrary to what I expect he keeps on calling me.

i was with my b/f for 3 years...i did everything for him..i gave him everything in me..he never really could give me 100% there was mnay problems in the realtionship..well i had broken up with him before for 2 months no contact and even dated another guy...i went back...all in all i broke up with him maybe 5 times but always went back. well finally i broke it off for good i was more then done with him and did not let him contact me for 40 days...then i let him email me..it was the same i need you i miss you crap...its been 2 months now and everyday im getting a email saying how much he loves me and how sorry he is and how wrong he was...i broke up with him before and he couldnt change..so why now? i was dead serious before and it was good for like a week when i came back..so what the heck why cant he just leave me alone..if he really loved me as much as he says wouldnt he have tried to keep me around..i dont get it...

my mom cheated on my dad and she moved out with my sister and brother so ive been living with my dad the past few months.. and got really close but then my sister moved in ( me and my dad had been going to a pentecostal church for the last 6 months) im still going.. hes still attending but ive been crying myself to sleep cause he says icant say anything about what hes been doing and hes been going out to bars getting drunk and it really hurts me inside. ive moved to my moms a couple times for the weekend but i just moved yesterday and am more upset and missing my dad then ever. As soon as his friend heard we went on a date, he called him up and said "I heard she is moody." A few weeks later he emailed him framing me for saying things I would NEVER - trying to get my bf upset with me. His buddy and his wife have put me on guilt trips saying that my bf has a room at their house and used to stay there every Saturday and spend every Sunday all day there (until I came along). This couple is never together, as he's always out drinking with the boys - or himself! He's started up with stories again, but I'm 19 weeks pregnant and can't deal anymore - it's out of control. I'm to the point where I don't care if my bf is gone, next weekend I plan to see my family without him (4.5hrs away) so this guy can get out of my face and have him all to himself. Only my bf is invited out (movies, golf, etc.) His buddies 30th bday party is in a couple weeks, I don't want to go (mine was yesterday, didn't get a "happy bday" from him... I'm thinking of a no-show, is it ok?
