I would try to talk rationally with him - tell him that his shouting is wearing you down and you can't live like that.
He can't totally change his communication style all of a sudden but if he loves you he will try.
If I were you I would walk away the second he starts yelling - tell him you refuse to tolerate it and if he wants to talk to you about this issue he will use a calm voice.
If you are married I would seek some professional help so that he understands what he is doing to you when he yells and he can learn so more constructive ways to talk to you.

You tell him: "If and when you are willing to talk to me calmly and respectively, I will listen and consider what you have to say. Until then, I am not interested in listening to you shout at me any longer." If he still does not listen, walk away when he begins to shout. You don't need to be treated that way. You are two adults - surely you can communicate better than that. Shouting is not the most healthy way to obtain and maintain a healthy relationship!!

Nothing can be solved when there is shouting.Refuse to talk to him when he is shouting.Shouting is for children.Adults talk. Tell him that you will be glad to discuss the problem when he is able to talk about without shouting.Until then the subject is closed. No one can argue by themselves,it take two.

you tell him how you feel, and if thats the sort of thing that yall cant talk about without arguing........................then toss him out the door! Why would you want a one sided relationship?
Tell him how you are not attracted to that side of him.
He is pushing you away preventing your relationship from moving forward........I hope you make the right choice for yourself.
Best of Luck to you.

get out while you still can. if he can snap at small things then what will happen when something serious happens. hes thinking about himself and the way he wants things and it will only get worse. he sounds like a control freak and your messing with dynomite. be careful in what ever you choose to do.
