why do guys cheat on thier wifes? and after they say they are sorry and wont do it again.. they watch porn and promise not to do it again....????

You make it sound like ALL. Only losers do that. All men are not losers. Porn is cheating even if you do it together. You are looking at someone that is not your mate.

I am not bothered by my husband occasionally watching porn. In fact I occasionally watch it with him. It's hard to not feel threatened by the big chested beauties but try not to take it personally.
As far as a cheater cheating after the first time I wouldn't be able to help you with that one because I have never stayed with a cheater. My 1st husband put me through heck for years...I took it. Then he cheated. That was it. No more marriage. I see cheating as murder but the victim doesn't get to die. This is the reason I have never cheated on anyone. It's the ultimate betrayal.
Back to the porn though. For my husband's birthday I bought him a Hustler doll. I'm not threatened by it at all. It's a piece of foam rubber. Big deal. Besides it's a good way to keep the idea of cheating out of the picture. If he can just grab the doll out of the closet knowing that I don't mind it at all he has little reason to look elsewhere for excitement.

Cheating and porn have nothing to do with each other, so I kind of don't understand the question. If a man cheats, that's obviously a horrible error in judgment, but if he genuinely apologizes and promises not to do it again (repents), then it's wonderful if you can forgive.
As for porn, I think all men should band together and make sure that the right to watch porn is considered inalienable. Any man who promises his wife not to watch is a p-whipped idiot.
In summary, cheating = bad, porn = good.

Some men cheat because they're not happy, dogs, provoked and or afraid to be with just one woman. When a woman takes her cheating man back without punishing him meaning leaving him or putting her foot ALL the way down, the men usually cheat again and again.
As far as porn is concern, I rather my man watch porn then have sex with another woman. Get over the porn, in fact join him. If he complements how pretty the women are, you just complement how fine the men are.

Because they tempt themselves with lust when they watch porn and look at other women on the street. They don't turn away from this sin and the give in and commit adultery. Porn is infidelity. Not all husbands give in to this temptation.
God gives adultery as the one reason for divorce. FYI

In other words, there is no real answer to this. It's been beaten to death and the general concensus is that "all men are pigs." (that still doesn't explain the cheating but if it make you feel beeter, more power to you)

BECAUSE MEN ARE PIGS. I suggest you cheat on him and watch porn with men in it. Honey, I'm telling you it will work. Give him a taste of his own medicine. Most women don't have enough guts to do back what was done to them. Well, I did. And it worked. He was more pissed off when I called my ex-man after he decided to call his ex-girlfriend. I merely said, "How does it feel?" That ended that one. Always one up them. That's my philosophy.
