Any exercise that targets your chest muscles will help with sagging because the chest muscles pull up the boobs. Get yourself a pair of handweights....no more than 5lbs each. Sit in a kitchen chair w/ a weight in each hand. Now, hold each arm out, bent beside your head. In other words, make your arm into an L - now bring in your arms to where your elbows are touching and back out. This exercises your chest muscles and will help give you tone in that area. This exercise is called "butterflies" because when you move your arms, it looks like you have wings and you're flapping them a little.

A: You CAN'T make your boobs stronger, in fact, you can't make them strong at all. They're not even muscles. They're just balls of fat.
B: Although you can't make your boobs stronger, it is possible to make them bigger, if only a little. Swimming is probably the BEST thing you could ever do for your boobs and your entire body will benefit also as you are using every single muscle in the body, including the muscles in your chest. Second best things you can do is use free-weights (dumb-bells, I think they're called) and do some gentle lifting with them, maybe three times a week to be safe. When using free-weights, the best chest-building exercise you can do is to lie on your back with your arms spread out to your sides, holding a free-weight in each hand. Then, carefully bring your free-weights up together to meet above your head and body and just keep repeating that exercise a few times. You can also do some push-ups too. However, since you're female, women are allowed to get away with doing push-ups while kneeling on their legs on the floor. Not only is it safer, you can do even more push-ups this way and it'll be good for your chest and arms too.
Swimming, free-weights and push-ups are the best exercises I know for building boob-size. I know because I've done it for years and it's done wonders for my chest. Good luck!

You can't. Breast are basically bags of fatty tissue. There is no muscle in them. But you can make the muscles underneath stronger by doing weight training.
Also, the ligaments (Cooper's ligaments) supporting them stretch over time, which is why grandma could touch her knees with hers. The way to prevent this is good, supporting bras.

i have c's too, but the truth is, the larger the boob, the more they begin to sag =( i want the same thing with mine, but nothing works. i just wear a bra as much as a can so i can prevent them from sagging more

attach weights to them with nipple adapters and flex. Once you can swing those dumbbells with your boobs like you would curl with your arm, then you will be in perfect boob-shape!

Have your significant other massage them...with up-ward motions....If it doesent make them more round and firm, and it may work, it will at least give you both pleasure.
