ok im 17yrs old n i live w/ my mom n yes she makes me pay rent. Her husband let me use his truck sometimes 2go2 work n school ~THATS IT~ I DONT GO NO WHERE N BETWEEN. but any ways last night he told me to bring him his car because he was gettin off real late. so when i got a block away from his job, the gas light came on. n of course i didnt feel like turning all the way around just 2put gas n it. I figure hey he could get gas when he get off. Well no he came home w/ his gas on E and got mad at me because i should had filled it up.But let me remind you iam a college student w/ a low paying job . So its not i just didnt do it but because i didnt have money to fill it up. and when i explain that to him he got upset n told me i cant use his car nemore. n i cant use my mom car because she leaves really early in the morning. Also i cant catch a cab because it cant afford it. Then they dont have any buses that run out when i live because everything is newly built n the streets arent finish.

We live in Alabama with our two children and his son lives in Texas with his mother. We stayed in contact with them until his son was eight years old. At that time, they moved and we lost touch. His mother never sent us a new address or anything. Last year, my husband found his son on MySpace. He came for a visit and everything went well.

Last night, his mother called and said she is about to sue my husband for 17 years worth of back child support. I think this is ridiculous because she has had our address all of these years and could have contacted us at any time. My question is, can someone be ordered to pay back child support if there has never been an order for child support in the first place. I have no problem with sending him money until he's 18, but to want this huge amount of money now doesn't seem right. Please help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I met this guy on a dating site...we chatted for like 30 min online and talked a couple of times on the phone...now we are going on a date tomorrow night...but I am considering canceling on him because during our last conversation he seemed concerned about my body type. On my site, I have 4 pictures...you can clearly see my face but not my body. The site makes you choose your body type and I am listed as Big&Tall/BBW. This is the truth. So I think he knows what he is getting into....but then again, he might just think I am one of those girls who is like, "Oh I'm sooo fat." and not really actually be fat. Yes, of course, if he is that shalow I don't want anything to do with him....but I just don't know if I can go through a first date and feel this huge rejection because he is disappointed in my looks! He is very cute, tall, has alot going for him....advice, please? I'm 18 and my biological father left me before i was born, and he NEVER gave my mother financial support through out these 18 years. She never wanted to claim anything from him, but since I'm currently enrolled in college, I need a little financial push right now. Can I report him to the Child Support office without my mother being involved? Can I still claim anything now that I'm 18? Please help.

Ok, I know a whole lot of men complain that they don't get sex as much as they would like to (or at all) when they are married...but for those of you men with a healthy sex life...

Do you ever get bored getting sex whenever you ask for it? Do you wish that it was more of a challenge to get? I just wonder if playing hard to get would make "getting it" more fulfilling...?

Lately, I think my husband has been picking really silly little fights with me just to have make up sex--sex he knows he isn't entitled to because he will come to me later and apologize and beg and try to seduce me and I will say "no, no...leave me alone..." but I will eventually give in...

Anyways, I am super annoyed with these stupid fights and I am wondering if I make it harder for him to "get some", if I challenge him...will that make it more fulfilling??

both my parents smoke maybe 3-5 cigerettes a day ive been smoking for about a year, im 14 by the way i only got into it when i was deeply depressed..

I pay child support to my ex-wife. Now I find out that her
boyfriend bought the ex-wife a house. Her name is on it too as "other owner" but it was really him and his credit buying the house. She does not have any credit. Could this house be considered a gift? A gift (like an inheritance) would have to be reported as income.
Footnote: She already "works" for the boyfriend's business, so I don't trust her to report all of her income for child support calculation purposes.

Ok so my dad wants privacy with his girlfriend. Doesnt want to help me anymore with anything. we live in a trailor and lately i been bugging him all because i didnt have no money to get to the bus so he was helping me out. im not alowed to be here tonight but i went to human services and all they got is homeless shelters and i really dont want that. neither did my boyfirend for my security and stuff. He said he could live in one of those places but not me. So anyways are there any rooms for rent for 100 dollors everytwo week. in the momouth ocean area.

My in-laws are Pentecostal and I am not. Nor do we go to any church, nonetheless we are good people. We do not drink, smoke or party by any means. I am a stay at home mother of 2. Anyways, I feel very uncomfortable around my in-laws. I wear full face make-up, wear shorts and tank tops in the summer, and have my hair cut off in a short (but cute) hairstyle. They have accepted me, but I know that they are thinking otherwise. They will talk of others right in front of me about women having mens haircuts and they look like hussies in make-up and revealing clothing/provocotive colors. It's hard not to be uncomfortable when they may as well just say it to my face. They invited us the church once (my hubby grew up there and is no longer attending anymore) and I felt so out of place. The preacher talked of women wearing pants and so forth. That is the last time I attended. I think they have made themselves clear. I think they are disappointed in my hubby for not marrying one of his own.

I'm 7mths preg and my husband doesn't think he has to help with his 3 stepkids that i had with a prev marriage and won't do anything with us as a family he is 23 im 29, he wants me to do all in the house, painting, pool cleaning, and cleaning, cooking, it all, i got mad cuz he watched football while i painted the living room to refi the house to get my ex's name off it so he would be happy, and all he could say was well i cut the grass after football and i'm sorry it took you all day to do a 2 hr job. i told him i needed more affection and a little help being i'm 7 mths preg, and if he couldn't then it was over, so he spit in my face and i hit him for it and made him leave. he went the next day and bought a 25000 truck and begged to come home when i let him back i found out he called a girl he met the day i made him leave and he says he did nothing wrong cuz i kicked him outand we were broke up.he says he wants us to wrk it out but won't change himself for me. what should i do?
