This guy likes me, I have always liked him never told any one though now a friend of mine tells me he wants to take me out, I say well what about his gf my friend says he told her they are not together, I say of course that is what he will tell you. So last night I saw her car parked at his house allnight. Should I feel him out or just figure he is trying to be sneaky, cuzz honestly we havent even went out or anything we just talked a little small talk.

I have a lot of great people in my life--friends, professional colleagues, artistic collaborators, students, audience members, a new meetup group for singers and songwriters, etc.--but sometimes I just feel like I am from another planet. In my poetry I call it being from the Planet ZXR7, where peace is peace, and war is no more, and no one there wants to even the score. Not like I'm this perfect person, but all my life I have felt like I don't fit in, or I don't get life on this planet, in some fundamental way. Ever since my recent "break-up," I have felt like this even more: like I'm here on this planet to help, to teach, to write, to sing, to love, but to never truly be loved in return in ways that are meaningful to me. I feel like I am going through this dark night of the soul, where I am admitting that I don't know what love or friendship is anymore. I tell my friends how I feel, but I can tell that they usu.do not get me. Have you ever felt like this? What did you to heal?

My daughter's dad committed suicide when she was 11. His father blamed me & cut our daughter out of his life. No Birthday cards, Christmas, nothing. I occasionally see him at my work & he acts like he doesn't know me. I was his daughter-in-law for 15 years. Tonight my daughter received an email from a distant family member that her grandpa (the one that cut her off) hs terminal illness & not too long left. She is 15 now. Do I encourage her to be a better person & reach out to him, so hopefully she can have some closure, or should I be like "He kicked us when we were down, so it's Karma."???
I'm torn because he has hurt her & let her down & he was the only male family member she had left & she HATES men now. But I also want to teach her compassion. (Part of me also hopes seeing her after so long will make him feel guilty). I wanna do what's right & I'm too emotionally attached to make a good decision. I don't want her hurt by any of this. She's been hurt too much by her dad's suicide.

generally speaking (so special cases are excluded)do you treat your friend's/brother's (inlaws included)/son's etc's... girlfriend equal to as if she was his legal wife?...I mean I'd call the wife on her birthday/newborns/new house to congratulate, I'd visit her and try to build a good relationshipwith her if she's willing to as well, I'd send her presents on necessary occasions whereas I dont see it necessary to do these for a girlfriend as I dont take her as seriously as a wife, are you the same?

Ok, so I've gone to my mother's boyfriend's mother's house for dinner there and hung out with his family. There is always a cute girl there who I've gotten to know and like. Many months later, recently, My mother and her boyfriend got married, making him my step-father. So now his neice (his sisters daughter) is now my step cousin or cousin in law? Im not sure , either way we hung out at the wedding and agreed to go out one night. We both didn't think it was weird....but is it weird? I really dont know, please help

I am 15 yrs girl and I have an issue with my brother. We are sharing the same room even though he is given a separate room. He has developed the habit of sleeping in the same bed with me. One way I did the mistake of pampering him too much. Now I feel I am grown big I need to be away from him. He could not understand why I need my privacy. He is still a kid and fights with me to sleep in the same bed and share every thing like before. I do not want to involve my parents in it, because they might shout at him. I like him very much and want to teach him why I need privacy. How can I do this?

My ex and I are in the same class. After eight months, we started talking again by sending texts to each other. I still have feelings for her and i still want her to give me a second chance. I knew this when we met. Is it wrong of me to hate to deal with the whole baby mama drama? His son is really disrepectful towards me i try my hardest to be nice to him however he likes to name call me ex cow, *****, etc. He really misbehaves when he comes over to my apartment sometimes even kicking my dog when we are in a store he runs around the store like a maniac and wont listen. If i try to correct him my Bf gets mad at me and tells me let him do what he does hes a kid! Several times hes even hit his dad! We were at a wedding 3 days ago and i got yelled at by someone who works on the ship he told me that i should be watchin my son that hes running around like crazy unatained i was speechless i literally started to stutter i believe i swallowed my tongue! My Bf wants me to play a momie role but i cant have any saying in discipling his son i just feel like this is not my responsiblity and to be honest it s to the point that i just really hate being around his son. Anyone with advice

Anyone who's ever taken a social psych class... or any sociology with relationships.. know the sad sad truth. Statistically, shorter men are at a disadvantage. It's a painstaking truth when height is really a large factor in the lovely game of attraction.

The problem with height.... is that it acts like goggles for women. Very much the opposite of beer goggles. Haha. Women will now interpret and view the short guy completely different from a tall guy and TREAT him differently! COMPLETELY! It's so so hard to overcome without the right tools..

The most painstaking of this whole process.. is that things would be so much different i was just a bit taller. To all the guys who are 5'7, I envy you. I'm 20, 5'5 being treated like i'm 15 by women. I'm veto'd the moment I meet people. And continued to be veto'd, no matter how intelligent, or humorous I am. In the end, 'I'm just too short'. I need some encouragement guys. Tell me your stories... HOW did you win?

I find it rather disgusting.
Ughh, it makes me feel sick...

She NEVER used to be this way && now It looks like she
is just getting used by this boy.
They've been dating for only a month & she is only sixteen.

Does she think I'm "impressed" by this picture or what?
And I don't know what to tell her. I'm really mad about this,
but I don't want to lose her as a friend. She really has changed
though. Should I just give up our friendship?

I'm so confused right now but im going to try to explain the situation as best i can everybody's help is much appreciated. k here it goes. I have been dating my boyfriend for a long time over a year and before we started dating he told me he had a really bad drug problem he did so much drugs, Im talking everything except for crack. But then he almost overdosed and he used to tell me the story like it was yesterday that he thought he was going to die and from then on he never did it, Then we met and he never did drugs just drank, smoke weed and smoke cigarettes. (none of those i don't think of as bad because they are so common) I have never done a drug in my life so i dont really know much about this stuff but the other day he told me he did 1 cap of e. In my head i was mad but i never got mad at him because he told me and you know its his life but then he did coke behind my back and then his friend said hey weres your boyfriend i noticed he had been gone for a while

Marriage has become a government moeny making sceme. They charge you for the lisecness.They charge you if you have family problems for domestic disputes. They charge you when you get a divorce court fees, legal fees, fines if you yell too much at your spouse. Fees for child custodey hearings and court fees, laywer fees. So if marriage was an insitution of the curch what happened to the separation of church and state? Hasn't marriage just become another government scam?What are your thoughts? Wouldn't we all be better off if people got married just by the church and the goverment was left out of family affairs?

I'm 18, 19 in october. I'm from Puerto Rico so I think I'm legal in the U.S. Well I'm planning "running away from home" but I'm gonna turn 19 soon so I'm already an adult so I think that is not running away but just moving. I wanna move to LV to live with my boyfriend, but I know for sure that If i ask my mom she wont let me go even if I'm 23. I'm happy with my family, I don't have any problems with them, i just want to do something new and different with my life and well i wanna move with my bf to LV like in january or february. But i'll leave in secret. no one of my family should know this cause they wont let me go ever. so the question is, If i move to LV and my mom call the cops to look for me, they can't bring me back home right? cause I'm the only one that can make that decision cause I'm an adult already, right?......
