If you're going to rehab, the best way to get your ex back is to do what you have to do to get clean. Take responsibility for your behavior, and apologize to her genuinely, if you've hurt her. Start there, then see what she says.

She probably wants too see if you have changed after rehab and maybe she will take you back , she wants to make sure that you have changed.

i think she loves you but needs you to b clean.... b4 she can take you back... but she is saying that she will always b there for you no matter what

If you are first true to yourself about get clean, and she can see that you are sincere, then yes !! But don't bullshit her, come CORRECT !!
