my dad and stepmom are getting a divorece.

My mom isnt around anymore and ive known my step mom for 10 years.

My stepmom is like another mom to me. my little sister is going to be devasted. All i wanted was for my sister to grow up saying mom and dad in one sentance.

how can I stop them from divorcing and throwing 10 years away???

My girlfriend and I have been together for 3 yrs. She has been lying to me eversince. I decided I would deal with to see if she would change.She promised she would. For a short while when she lied or did something I didnt agree with, when I asked her about it she would cry. Now everytime I ask her to explain something or why she did something she gives me an answer that doesnt answer my question, and if I dont accept it she cries. But as you can probably guess by now I dont feel that the crying is sincere.Because the things she was doing before are the same problems we are having now but I just get the same results ....Tears....Help????If you understand what Im trying to say....

Well...to make things short and sweet, if you have found a certain boy very attractive for two years, is it possible to all of the sudden think he's unattractive anymore? Like, he's still the same guy, just older, but is it still possible that you JUST found him unattractive (you never have spoken before, only made strong eye contact with him).

Basically...When i was a sophomore, my (ex)girlfriend told me that this one gal said I was really hot, and I never knew who she was....time passed, Junior year rolls along and I finally find out who she is. The problem is, I only found out late in the year when she kept making eye contact with me (hey, she's cute...I like to stare), and then she got a BF before I could even talk to her....(this was around march/april). Well, the school year has now started up, and I'm a senior (she's a class below me). I haven't seen her yet, but I just have this stupid problem that I am always afraid she won't find me attractive anymore..help?

My fiancee of 8 months just lost his teenage dauther to a car accident a month ago. We are suppose to get married in 3 months. We just moved into a new house but have been living together for the past 9 months. This is second marriage for both with kids from both marriages blended. At first, after the accident, he embraced me and turned to me as his rock, for comfort. Since then he has been cold, distanst and down right mean to fight with me. Now he wants to go away for a week by himself. All we seem to do is fight, mostly by his doing. I'm can't imagine what he is going through losing a teenage daughter. The grief must be horrible. What I don't understand is why he has to turn our relationship, the one solid thing he has, upside down. Why won't he confide in me or turn to me?

I'm 21... and I saw this girl a couple of times through her cousin... we never talk..... until I saw her at the theaters once, and I have the guts to stop her... and tell her that I think she is gorgeous, and wanted to hang out with her sometimes... she gave me her #, we chatted, talk, and hang out ... Until I realize that she is 17 ... anyway.. I feel awkward and so does she etc.... we both decided to let it go.. and not hang out anymore..

6 months later, we met again... how should things from here? (we never kissed, etc..) but we make plans to hang out... she is still unbelievably cute =)

my life is pathetic, some might not think so. i live in a middle class family, i have most the material things that i want, but i have no re friends, nobody cares about me, im always bored, my parents dont let me leave the house,because they caught me smoking weed once, im really stupid, i fail most my classes no matter how hard i try (im not technically retarded) im hated and bullied by lots of ppl at my school, and my "friends" talk sh!t behind my back, i cant do anything about it because i cant fight, and my old friends that use to help me hate me now, because i was forced to go to a different school. call me an emo pu$$y if u want i dont care anymore it would be so easy and painless for me to do it too, my drunk dads got a safe with, a 45. a 38. revolver and plenty of ammo. i dont buy into any of that "god" bullsh!t so dont bother... my life has just been getting worst and worst, and i wanna say f**k it, and put a bullet in my head. im 15, is there any reason why i shouldn't do it

My wife had migraine(severe headache) during her childhood. She did not tell me about that before our marriage. Even now she gets headache frequently although it is not severe. She also gets headache whenever she is under pressure. I really don't know what to do? The migraine may come back after a certain age also. what you were doing if you were in my position?

My boyfriend and I have been ddating almost 2 years and we have been sexually active since before we even dated. Lately we have been disagreeing about sex.. He gets mad because i am not always in the mood and he is. But he is literally in the mood all the time. I am 19 nd he is 20 and he keeps saying how he shouldnt be sexually frustrated at 20 but we have sex aroundm 3 times a month and we do other sexual things several times a month aalso. I will admit he does plleasure me more than I pleasure him, but i dont like giving head and he really wants it more. I love him so much but im not too sure i can be in this relationship anymore. I feel like he is acting like a 16 yr old boy who just iscovered sex. I like having sex w him but im on birth control and it does lower your sex drive. Im scared that if we did get past this situation that later in life if we were to get married what if ii didnt want to have sex as much. I mean...i go the extra mile to make other peoples lives better. I make myself feel sad and sacrifice my happiness for others. I think about whats better for others before myself. I try my best to make days like birthdays the absolute most special day for my friends, I spend days and hours planning and putting my greatest effort into the gifts I buy them and making decorating the box to put it. And when it comes to my birthday, no thought is put into my gifts and nothing special is there. I'm tired of friends treating me like crap, yet I treat them so good. And, when something goes wrong, they come running to me for help, and i always help them, but when I need the help in return they don't want to help me and instead try to avoid me during my times of needs. Not only friends but other people too. Will it ever pay off for being so nice?

My ex has a problem in that his mother puts pressure on him, and therefore, he is very sensitive to pressure. At an extremely sensitive moment in our relaitonship, I got angry and then wanted to talk befor ehe took action and then went off with someoen els,e but he would not talk, because he imagined I was trying to put pressure on him. As a result, I was deeply, deeply hurt. For the past year, we have continually tried to get back in touch, but I have in all honesty been too messed up about things to be able to do that. The last time we were in touch, he stated having a temper tantrum, and I said goodbye. I said I would be back, but good-bye for now until I felt better within myself. Well, I felt better and I came back, only to find him in a new relationship. However, we spoke, and now he is beginning to understand my side of things, and why I was so hurt. He seemed interested in talking now, but I still have feelings for him, and I don't want to get hurt. How to proceed?

I'm nice and funny and really smart, so why don't boys like me?

When the mother of my children and I had a falling out last year we almost ended a 7 year relationship. during that time My father was calling me everyday. asking me if there was anything he could do. telling me it would be ok. then we decided to go to counceling. we love eachother. we needed some help in our relationship.
