I live at my mother and father in law's house with my husband, 3 children ages 11 ,4 ,and 6 months. First of all my oldest daughter is being evaluated for bi-polar and asberger's and I spend at least 20 hours a week at appointment' s for my children. I work as a bardtender two to three days a week. The problem is that my mother in law is our daycare provider and seems to think that this gives her rights to control all that evolves our children. Between her and my husband they want me to be superwomen. They exspect me to work 5 days a week and take all my children to appointments, and take full responsibility of all that is needed to care for the children with little help. I am forever listening to them complain about what I'm doing wrong, you don't work enough, you don't make enough money, or the hours I work are not feasible to their schedule. I don't know what to do and how to get them to see that I am tring the very best. I do what I can around the house and for my kids. Any advice

My girlfriend and I are dating for over 4 years. I am 25 and she is 23. I gotten my girlfriend pregnant. When she first told me and showed me the test, I got really scared. I ran off. This would be my 3rd month without being with my girlfriend (she is 3 and a half month pregnant). I know that she is feeling sad and depressed that I ran off on her. I realize something after being more than 2 months without her. I need to support her and our newborn kid. I've done the biggest mistake. I want her to take me back. I'm still very much in love with her. I think she told her friends and family that I ran off already. How am I suppose to get a good reputation with her friends and family again and gain my girlfriend's trust again? I am really glad that she isn't seeing anyone as of right now. I really want to be with my girlfriend again and support her. I know I won't run off on her ever again. I know she's the one for me.

I am 27, have been living in my parents' home since I graduated from college 1 yr ago. I've been working a good full-time job but I'm getting restless. I feel like I'm not really doing anything. So I'm looking for a new job and I may move across the country to be with my boyfriend (we are in a long-distance relationship). Problem is, my parents hate my boyfriend. My mom supported my decision to find a new job until she realized it would be near my bf. She ranted about how we're going to live together, which is not my intent until we are married, how he is going to be a deadbeat, which he has never been. My parents want me to marry someone rich, same ethnicity, religion. He's none of these, but I love him. Parents don't like him b/c he's working a lower level job not in his field. My mom told me she would not attend our wedding if we got married. I feel trapped. I want a life of my own but I feel like I should honor my parents. Can I resolve this without angering them?

That would be messed up! I'm single with no kids right now, but I plan on naming my kid after the singer Aaliyah, & other people named their kids that, too. People tell me if I decide to name my kid that, he'd have the right to cheat on me.

My brother (18) got a 16 ( soon 2 be 17) year old girl pregnant. She found out in January. She is due in 11 days. Her father was preacher and was shameful so he moved from KY to Oregon which is 2500 miles away from the father and his family. My brother wants custody of this child, or to atleast see it. She has threatened adoption and other stuff if he does not move to Oregon. He had a plane ticket to move out there today.. but canceled it. He should not have to sacrifice his life down here to go and abide by her family's rules, he would be staying 50 miles away from her and the baby with her grandmother. Can anyone give me any advice as to how to go about getting custody.. and his rights as a father?

A little about my friend... we've been friends for 3 years, but in the last few months, she's become needy, demanding, annoying, rude, and possessive. I'm her only friend because of this reason. We don't go to the same school anymore, and she scared off the one friend she had at that school because the girl didn't want to be with her 24/7. Whenever I tell her about my job, school, or my boyfriend, she says, "Yeah, that's nice" rudely and changes the subject to what she wants to talk about. She is so cynical, so unbearable to be around. When we went to the fireworks, she's like, "I hate this. There's people here." I said to her, "Why'd you come then?" She has a problem with all my friends, my boyfriend, everything. Whenever I'm happy, she squashes the mood. I tried talking to her about it, and she says that she's just not into hanging out with people other than me. I have a life too. Now she leaves me messages demanding me to call her, she bugs me at work and at my boyfriend's house.

My daughtor lives with her grandma just to go to school.I alwas call and see her then 2 weeks ago they never answered ther phone I found out that they moved out of state. The papers say they have to stay in MO my daughters school never notified me that she moved. I am mad and want to get her back but its going to be a battle.l I found out today that they moved. My niece invited herself to come stay with me and after two days I'm going bonkers. I live in a small apartment and she's taken over my living room - I feel like a prisoner in my own home. I have dropped hints that she should go stay with another friend of hers in town who has a big house and she could sleep in a bed instead of on my couch - but she seems clueless when I tell her she should go stay there. I feel like turning off the a/c and telling her it's broke to get her to leave! I didn't invite her - she invited herself. I didn't fix dinner tonight and have not offered to entertain her. She doesn't seem to be getting the hints! She just sits on my couch staring at the tv. She's not easy to talk to and doesn't seem to want to budge. Any advice?

My husband is out of town on a business trip and I was invted to dinner by this guy at work so I decided to go since it was better then eating alone. Nothing happened we just went to dinner and that's it. I'll admit he bought me a rose at the restuarant and we danced. My sister in law saw us dancing and called my husband and told him I was cheating on him!
