You have every reason to be mad and I'm pretty sure your Grandmother could be facing some pretty serious charges.
If in fact you have parental rights, even though your daughter was living with her Grandmother she had no legal right to even move within the state without letting you know, much less move out of state.
My first move would be to contact the Department of Children and Family Services. Then contact an attorney. I wish you the best of luck in locating your daughter, but rest assured that the law is on your side.

See if your daughter's school knows where they went to.
You need to go to the police.
This is technically kidnaping.
The fact that it has gone across state lines means it can be considered a federal case.

If you have custody, then I would find out their new address, contact the local police about going with you to get her. If you don't have custody, but you do have visitation, then they have broken the court order. Take them back to court and take the legal steps to either get custody or a different visitation schedule.

There seems to be a custody issue. You say that you call her but you failed to mention when or if you see her. NOw why would your own mother leave with your daughter and not say anything. There seems to be more to this situation.

Do you know where they are? If not, have the school let you know when your daughters records are requested for transfer - but first - call your lawyer.
