I'm at my dad's girlfriends house untill monday and I soooo miss and want to go home.I don't like my dad that much and I don't want to be here.My dad never lets me go home early and I always try to talk to him but he never listens...What van I do???
My dad is here with me it's home where my mom is where I want to be...

Katy--I guess the court awarded dad some visitation time--your mom has to share you with him---but no one asked what you wanted.... did you talk SERIOUSLY to mom about it. valid reasons may help but he is counting on seeing you when he can. What happened to cause the divorce is a grown up thing. The hate you have is a kid thing--try to get along and go to his house prepared--bring some books or crosswords or tapes or CDs. Bring something that will help out in this case.

You are caught in the middle of your dad's control issues. This is about nothing more than control.
You don't mention your age, but chances are, you can ask for and receive the right to talk to the judge regarding visitation rights... get some changes made. Have your mother make an appointment and take you to the courthouse for this.

hav you tried talking to your mom about it? maybe if you tell her that you dont like staying at your dads house then maybe you will only hav to visit instead of having to sleep over there..and honestly that would make me more uncomfortable than anything..just pray that, that works..good luck!
