What? If you like kisses on the forehead, then tell him. The biggest mistake women make in relationships is not telling there man what they like. How else to you expect him to know.

I love it when my special someone kisses me on my forehead because I feel like it is a silent I love you. It is special and it says so much more than the words like that you mean a lot to them and your a precious. My special someone once asked me why I kissed them on the forehead and I told them just that. Then they started doing it after a while and it was like private words between us in the darnest situations. Maybe try doing it first, maybe they will ask. If they do not ask then just explain them why you do it then maybe they will want to on their own. If that still doesnt work then tell them you would want them to. If they remember your reasoning they will get it and probably feel like ohhhh. Good Luck!

All I can think of is, next time you hug him bury your head in his shirt leaving only your forehead revealed, then ask him tokiss you. That might look a bit weird if his shirt is below your head height if it is the nlie down next to him and do it. Or you could just ask him to kiss you on the forehead

Why would you want him to kiss your forehead?
Why not kiss you on the cheek or on the lips?

Tell him to kiss you on the forehead. Play a game, ask him what makes him feels special or significant or horny (you get the idea) then tell him what gives you that feeling (i.e. getting kissed on the forehead)

Women always have the upper hand. Just tell him ever so gently and persuasively, what you want and when you want it and where. He'll be glad that he doesn't have to try to figure it out. And he'll also like that you can take the upper hand.

Just ask him to. If you are not comfortable with him kissing you on the mouth yet, explain that to him and let him know what you are comfortable with.

when he leans in for a kiss just move you head down and then when he "accidentally" kisses you on your forehead say "mmm.... i like that"
