appearance: blond hair about to the shoulder in length, blue eyes, 5 feet tall, skinny, i wear skater clothes (tight skater jeans, red chuck taylors, tight light blue/white/red/pink shirt)
personality: quiet im not really talkative around people i dont know well. most people say im nice.

Sorry, I'm a guy and I'm going to answer anyway. You will NOT be successful with women until you stop with the attitude of "do you like me" "do I sound attractive". Success will come when you have the attitude of "I'm a real catch, any girl would be lucky to date me". Have the attitude that your doing them the favor to go out with you, not the other way around. Yes, it's somewhat arrogant. But it's much better then being submissive.

At least you sound decent unlike the guys i dated the past year. if you went to my school, then sure i'll get to know you first then i'll throw hints at you to ask me out if you're into me too haha. and i like the skater scene you got going on for yourself, i'm into the action sports kind of thing too, mostly skateboarding and bmx.
