I've pretty much figured out that my marriage is over after 8 years of trying and getting no where. But, I have a unique situation which I don't know how to resolve and I could use some advice.
I moved overseas to be with my husband and I now live in a foreign country. I have only ONE family member back home who offers me support and would be willing to help me if I needed it.
The problem is my children. They are VERY close to my husband's family and of course my husband. They are young (6 and 7) but, old enough to know what is going on. They spend time with their grandparents every week and they absolutely love them.
If I divorced my husband, there would be no way that I could stay here. I'd have to go back home. I wouldn't be able to support myself financially here. And I feel like my children are not getting the best quality of life here anyways.
There is no way that I would leave my children behind. Continued...

We broke up a couple of months ago and I still miss him a lot. We have not been in touch much since and I am not sure if there is a chance to get back together. I want to send him something to show him how important he is to me and that I think about him a lot.

hey guys! im so sick of this.. i love my mum, no doubt about that.. but lately she's taken up a habit of looking for any thing in my room for any reason or any way just to yell at me.. so i hide my marks sometimes because they're bad and i dont want to show her YET but okay. but thats not it! she leaves my room in a mess! and i have afternoon class which means she finishes work early which seems to give her 2 extra hours to do what she does.. i come home to a fuming mother and a messy room and we end up arguing! i hate it!! how can iget her to stop??

i want to know what you think the perfect measurements are for a woman?mine are 5'1'' , 38D 34'' 36'' 127 pounds,do you think it is a little too chunky?if so, what,in your opinion is not chunky. if not, what is?mens idea of chunky and women's are very different. also please tell me what age group you are in [teen, young man, middle age,ect.] because i notice that men prefer a more "womanly" form than boys do....but its just a theory, i know all men have different likes and dislikes but still....also what is one thing you love about a woman, and one thing you cant stand?.... thank you!

I've been single for most of my life. Now, I have the opportunity to be in a relationship. I've wanted this for a long time. But when I think about it too much, I get stuck in my thoughts. Sometimes I need to be away from her. Other times I want to be with her. We "broke up" a week ago, and I missed her sometimes and was glad to have my own time as well. Now, she wants to pursue a relationship. What I feel is that we're already in a relationship, and it's just that I don't know how long it will last. It might blossom or it might fail. She's got a lot of great things and a few not so great things. Do I go for her, and ride the wave, or do I choose to stay on the beach?

Ok so the problem starts like this
many years ago my friends parents split when she was only a little girl. just recently her dad was acting weird the past few days.1 night we heard him say "i love you". we thought he had a girlfirend and were both excited but scared to ask him. so she made a fake msn messenger as a random guy and added her father. she started asking him questions and said if he was single. it turns out that her father had been in an open relationship with his flat mate who is male for 10 years and had lied to her for all these years. till this day he doesnt no that she knows anout him being bisexual. she absolutly hates his flat mate and so do i,but not because of this issue. my friend doesnt care that her father is bi but cares that he has lied to her all this time. but what should she do.. keep quite or tell him that she knows but doesnt care that he's bi.? or do u suggest something else. thank you so much!

i was really mad at my *boyfriend* cause everyone kept telling me that he was using me for money (which started to make SO much sense) , and just when i finally got over the heartbreak, just when i started to get used of ignoring him, he called me (i was usually the one that called him so it caught me off gaurd) and asked if i want to go to the mall with him and his friend (they said it was cause we had SO much fun the last time.. even though i barely talked!) ~ so i said no cause i had the feeling that he was trying to get some cash out of me.
and he was being all cute with me, begging and stuff, but i still said no, i felt bad all night and kept on thinking on whether im doing the right thing?

Okay here it is.. I just had my first full day of school, well a while ago, and theres this girl that i already realy like. I am 36 years old and my wife is 34. She is house wife. She is not interested in having sex most of the time. We go for it sometimes once in a month. Many times I have to force her for sex. At that I feel that as if I am doing rape of my wife. I am sure she is not attracted to someone else. Many times I had a clear discussion with her. She says that she does not have urge for sex. She is not ready to consult doctor as well.

What should I do?

Does anyone else has also experienced this rape feeling when your partner is not interested in sex?

I've been reading some of the questions asked on here, and I've seen some 13 or 14 year old kids asking questions about sex...does anyone else find this disturbing..? When I was 13 I think I was in the 7th or 8th grade and all the furthest me or anyone in my class has gone was playing spin the bottle!

we were going to together for 1 and half years. we were very serious for the relationship but then my boyfriend started having doubts on me and my other old school friends. may be some times i have done some thing really hurting but after realising that i started not even speaking with my other f riends but now he has put some very bad alligations on me that i am not being faithfull to him. i have tryied a lot many times to make it clear that there is nothing like that sort but he is not even ready to listen to me and now has stoped taking my calls or even talking and meeting to me. i am in a big fat dipression. feel like lost in this wide world. i love this guy a lot. i want him back in my life. can not live without him.

I have a custody case (filed November 2006) going on right now in which I believe has been combined with the divorce case (finalized in January 2006)-as it was brought before the same judge.

My first question is-is this possible in a legal court of law, for them to combine cases?

The reason that I ask this is because I noticed that I was listed as the Plaintiff in the case, essentially making me the person who filed the case for the removal of my very own children! Horrendous! In the divorce case, I WAS the plaintiff, but NOT the PLAINTIFF in the custody case.

Is it illegal to do this? Legalities aside, the ethics that this is based on seem to be something that would have this case seriously examined, if not as another reason to have it thrown out of court.

Thank you for any assistance you can be with this situation.

Well, what happens is that my boyfriend got a new job, more hours and he was promoted. We had this conversation and he asked me if I could help him to manage his money because sometimes he feels like he spends too much and then he doesn't know how the money went.
He tells me how much is in his account then he tells me what he is planning to do (we are not living together)
The reason why he asked me to help him, is because I have more time working than him and I have a savings habit, I never run out of money, I know how to control it.
I don't know if is okay, in someway I feel like I'd be invading his privacy, and we are not living together, plus, I've just told him a couple of times about my finances but not my whole activity.

ok, so I dont feel comfortable with sex so I ordered a porno to see if it might help me it was supoposed to go to a different address but came to the address on my card, i.e. my home. It was delayed by about a month so I forgot all about it and my boyfriend (new boyfriend) called me saying I have a package and can he open it. I said yes and he told me what its was. I pretended it wasnt mine and said that maybe my sister ordered it on my card but I cant let her get the blame for it either. so what do i say???? if I said that she ordered it for her slutty friends birthday does that sound believeable.
