Having sexual relations with someone outside the relationship WHEN YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT IT. If he/she agrees to allow it, then it isn't cheating.

You know it when you see it.
I think though that most would define it as physical contact, whether or not there was sexual intercourse! It could even be an emotional one that you and your significant other do not have!
I guess some would say looking at a magazine and cheat in their heart, like Jimmy Carter, would be considered by some. But I don't have an issue with that!
Cmon. Clinton hasn't been president for 7 years and you have been slamming him for 15. Give it up. Bush has cheated on his wife, and so have most of the Republicans, some in a way some would call less than normal. I can't believe you said that when you consider what has been in the papers lately!

Cheating, is called, being non-monogomus. Seeing other people on the side. Not seeing your partners for who they are, not seeing yourself. Do you know that you can use the same word in just about any game? If he/she is cheating then its all a game to them. And let it be.

I know you are kidding me, right? Billy-boy Clinton was cheating on his wifey, regardless of the legal definitions. Anytime you have someone else "pleasure" you, or them, in any way, shape, or form; that is cheating.

that varies from one person to another. I would say there is some cheating going on somewhere if you have to ask.

This depends on the individual. To me it's deriving comfort or pleasure that you should be getting from a significant other but are getting from someone else
