We broke up a couple of months ago and I still miss him a lot. We have not been in touch much since and I am not sure if there is a chance to get back together. I want to send him something to show him how important he is to me and that I think about him a lot.

i'd say get him a cd with soft and romantic music on it or write him a cd dat wen he finished listening to it,he wud know how you felt about the relationship,how u still feel about him and what he meant to you with a card

Get over him go out with somebody else!! There must have been a reason you two broke up. So don't keep making the same mistake, or other wise he will know you're weak and will use you at will.
