My friend always tries to beat me at stuff in life. She knows I love the Jonas Brothers so she told me that she's going to meet them. She can turn everyone against me in 5 minutes. It's just so annoying because she's very popular and she always is showing me that she's better than me. I hate the feeling. I always feel as though I'm in competition with her even though I don't want to be. What shoud I do?

My in-laws are extremely wealthy, their 2 daughters chose not to be stay at home moms and work instead. All 3 of their children, including my husband, are career orientated. I on the other hand come from a family that puts family first, not money. As a child I always knew that I wanted to be a stay at home mom and would not change a thing NOW. However, as confident as I thought I was, they are starting to get at me. I can feel their resentment that I do not "bring home some bacon". I feel like they assume I am taking advantage of my situation which is, they helped us buy a house and my husband open his company. I appreciate all that they do for us but could also care less if I were living in a one bedroom apartment as long as I am the one raising my child. I have NEVER told them what I think but want to before I end up blowing up one day and using words I don't want to!! I would prefer to write a letter considering I am in Hawaii and they are in California. Thanks

I just found out over the phone that the love of my life could be pregnant and would be really greatful to have a child with her.
I have been with her since December and never really had any problems with her.

But, the problem like i said is not her but her FAMILY..yes FAMILY! They have never liked me and most of the time conceited and rude.

They LOVE her X-HUSBAND very much tot he point of non-stop comparison but, the problem is I have a way better job, make more money, and IVY league educated.

Now, her mother and sister called me up and started telling me that I am incompetent to become a father. That I have no right having a child. Well, they went on and on with name calling while I kept myself quiet like I always did.

Finally, after all the stress and pressure that I received today. I called both of them "COWS" to go catch a train...head on! Then hung up the phone!

1.) Did I do the right thing after months of silence?
2.) am I going to be introuble with my gf?

People always tell me I'm somewhat feminine looking; my hair is black and straight, not emo looking but still a length. My eyes are kinda big lol, and my eyelashes are super super long (naturally. its not makeup). I'm pretty thin and my muscles are more "defined" than "bulked".

Frankly I've had people tell me that if I dressed as one, I would look just like an "in-real-life" anime character.

Do girls like feminine looking guys like me? I always assumed they went for more macho-men...

my boyfriend and i had a fight, we are not talking to each other now 4 2 weeks, we also work together, but the problem is he knows very well that i get jealous very easy , so, he choosed a very silly girl ,who really hates me at work, and he always trying to get me angry, joking and talking to her, and looking to me to watch my reaction, i can't believe how childish he is. A really good friend of mine is trying to stand by me. he is a very good person. But he never did any thing to get him jealous..but my boyfriend can't stand him too...all i want is to get the one i love close to me again, but he changed i don't know why. He's not the kind person i used to know. I tried to talk to him but he was so stupid , it was just like "oh remember, ur the 1 who came to start talkin",and when he felt that i'm avoiding him he started to tell our friends many times he's situation, and that he is annoyed that i'm joking& talkin with others but not 2 me,but im not doin that.. im really suffering him

Wanted to know why he called me after 5 months of silence and I've have had a few responses... some of which said booty call, took advantage of your weak spot etc. Now I went to school with this guy some years back and we only recently made contact again (last year december). I haven't seen him since we made contact, we just have each others numbers and photos but I haven't been physical with him. As a matter of fact we've never been physical so to those who said it may be a booty call or he's taking advantage of my weak spot. This just ain't true. However like I said the fact remains that he has a girlfriend and I just need to know why he has called me again after 5 months. I deleted his number deliberately so I wouldn't call him. But he's contacted me again after 5 months. Why? Please guys help me out here. I need to know if this guy has genuine feelings for me or not. Guys, girls please advice.

My wife took two years off of work, after we adopted two children. We worked very hard to help them get through their problems and they are doing great. However, the kids are now in the first and 2nd grades, and she said that she has not been very happy staying at home, and would like to contribute to the family more. I was thinking to myself that she does most of the cooking, cleaning, and watching the kids. I make a good income, and she does not need to work, but she feels like she needs to. Why wouldnt you think that doing all this is not contributing to the family? I remember birthdays, aniversaries, and do special things for her. I take her on dates and work very hard on our relationship, and just want to understand.

My neighbour sends rude notes through the door without reason, swears at me in passing and vandalizes my garden. I haven't contacted the police or anyone else as I'm afraid of a reaction from the neighbour, also I still have to live next to them.

Ok well first I know that no one will know for sure if he will propose except for him. But I am just curious about the possibility of this happening. It seems as if everyone around me is getting married or proposed to. Now that is not the reason that I want to marry my boyfriend. I'm not or never have been the type to jump on the band wagon. But he is someone that I am willing to settle down with, have a family, and be completely faithful to for the rest of my days. We have become closer than ever over the past 4 1/2 months. Our communication boosted to about 100%. He has said things to me like "I have never been with someone in my life that I can share everything with, and tell all my emotions to"., and "I really see myself starting a family with you". We recently moved in together which was his idea, and he always tells me that one day we are getting married and that he wants me as his wife. But no freakin ring and he hasn't asked me yet :-( What is the deal?

I think this is so weird, especially from the under 20 age group. A couple have a kid together but when asked if they will get married say no coz it is too much of a commitment!!!!! You have a CHILD together for goodness sake, how can you say about too much commitment when you have something more special??!! I HATE this attitude!!!
